Good fitting back support. Comfortable to wear. Really helped ease the pain my husband was in with his back. Doesn’t restrict movement. The support is strong and material good quality. The Velcro is good quality and strong. Easy to put on and adjust by yourself, definitely value for money. Highly recommend for people with lower back pain or those who need extra support. Definitely works.

I don't often write reviews, but after several days of suffering from a severe sciatica flare up, this has made a genuine difference to me. I've been seeing a physio, but struggling to sleep, barely able to walk, or stand for any length of time and taking painkillers just to get through the day. I bought this on the off chance it would help and it really has. The additional support has made bending, sitting, driving much easier and almost entirely pain free. I've used this in combo with a leg/thigh strap too and gone from being constantly in pain with limited mobility to being able to move around much more freely and sit down without being in discomfort. One of the best purchases I've made.

Offers very firm support can be used with or without the pad...a bit pricey... Size seems accurate for large size support belt...

Husband was advised to get a support belt after hurting his back popping up Christmas decorations. As soon as he put it on he felt more supported and more mobility. It fitted round him absolutely fine (hes an XL) and it would fit someone smaller and someone larger. We felt it was a good price for the immediate relief

Great delivery no fuss transaction.Have just started wear the back support for a few hours per day.Gives good support to the lower back and improves my posture.Yes it is slightly uncomfortable but for me it does more good than bad.

Very good value, and it works , I get sciatica and this is good for holding your back in place , while iam moving around and doing my stretching to try and release the nerve well made you can remove the back plate , I would say when ordering if your close to the size increase get the next size up , they tell you that ,and I did and iam glad I did but iam very pleased with it and would 100 percent recommend this , if your in pain the twenty something pounds is nothing to get some relief,

This is comfy and very supportive im 6ft6in with back problems put it on felt good pull the supports and it felt wonderful.i have one for home and one for work will wear them only as needed.

When I tell you I have tried a lot of different braces, believe me it has been a lot of braces. I have found and kept a few that work and sent back more than I can count. This brace is probably the best quality brace I have ever seen. It instantly feels good when you put it on without being so restrictive. You would easily be able to wear it all day. The little cushion in the back is almost like a lumbar pillow and it straightens your posture up without you even realizing. It just feels good and you have instant relief. The materials used are excellent quality and the stitching and workmanship is perfect. I also saw on the paperwork that it comes with a 12-month warranty. I followed the sizing and felt I was closest to the medium, I could probably also easily wear the small. So my suggestion is not to add or round up when it comes to sizing. My 19-year-old son actually just took this from me. He does deliveries and is an athlete and struggles with back pain and his posture. He said it instantly felt better and he will wear it for protection when delivering. We both also noticed the second he put it on he was standing taller and his shoulders seem to be back more. Also when you put it on, kind of angle the front cross over part. If you put them straight across it does not fit as well and is not as comfortable. I think this is also explained in the directions if you look at them. My son of course did not lol. Most definitely worth every penny and I highly suggest buying this instead of trying many others and wasting your money.
