Gigabyte GeForce GT 1030 Low Profile D4 2GB Graphics Card GV-N1030D4-2GL

I bought this card to upgrade my (very basic) Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF. Due to the small amount of GPU space and no external GPU power cable, this card was perfect for gaming in my beginner PC. It's by no definition high end, but I don't think anyone was expecting that. It's an absolutely wonderful improvement from my onboard graphics, and is great for any game released about 5+ years ago. Personally, I've mainky used it for games such as TF2, and it easily reaches smooth performance at around 60 to 80 frames per second, which is reasonable since it's a more CPU heavy game rather than GPU, but it's still an impressive benchmark. Took barely 10 minutes to install including the drivers, and it's super good.

Fitted to a new motherboard and working perfectly but my old card was Nvidia and had no file problems.

Very decent for the price, has improved the gaming quality of my sons gaming pc massively. Was super easy to install.

Basic GPU for small form factor Lenovo. Playing AOE, CS2 and Worms without issue. Not capable of AAA games...

DDR4 is the only thing that lets this down wish i had gone for a DDR5 version but i didn't have DDR5 money but it worked a treat. I made my computer in 2013 >it was the Beeze Knees then even an a Gigabite GTX670 windforce card in it which was DDR5. but this card is actually better go figure.

value for money for mid range gaming

Given the crazy prices of GPUs these days thanks to Bitcoin and now AI, I wasnt really expecting too much of an £80 graphics card. I just wanted to inprove on the dire performance of the built in Intel PC graphics. So, now getting 2-3 times frame rate boost with 40-50 fps at 720p running Forza on an 8th Gen i5 whereas previously only managed 20 fps at 568p. So generally pleased with product but I just hope it remains reliable, i.e. it doesn't get too hot as my PC PSU is only 200W.

If you buy this you will get a serious gimped card. Buy a GDDR5 version instead, twice the performance at the same cost. Shouldn't be able to market this as GT1030.

Value for money and gaming level at optimal 720p gives about 120 fps in gpu demanding game . If you just want a card that can give you better gaming experience at value for money then this is must buy

Excellent shipment and meticulous packaging. It was neccery item to upgrade an older machine, where graphic card's drivers, from AMD, were no longer supported after update of win10.

Para quem precisa de uma placa de entrada, sem necessidade de alimentação extra, baixo consumo e geração de calor. Uso para 3d com renderização de imagem estática simples. Não tenho como avaliar em jogos.
