Just what I wanted
Much easier to use than the aluminum ones Ive had for decades. Worked great. Would fit many different sized pie pans.

Just What I Wanted
Finally found a pie crust shield that fits my pie pan and keeps my crusts from burning. It's adjustable and works for 8, 9, and 10" pie pans. Good purchase.

Amazing pie crust shield for baking
I bought for my sister in law who has a fashion for baking and saw her struggling covering the edges with aluminum foil. Amazon has everything so I looked, found it and ordered it. She received and used it and she loved it. So she ordered some more of them. I ordered one for myself as well. Love it!

Just buy one of those tin rings.
This thing is super floppy and not easy to reliably secure. So I lose a lot of heat from my oven adjusting it because it so easily comes loose or goes off-balance in the very short trip from the counter to the oven. Super annoying. Not to mention the ever-present possibility of it flopping into my pie custard filling at any second, without warning. However, when it works, it works quite well. Don’t overthink it like I did and fall for its “innovative” design. Just buy one of those tin rings.
