I am a huge fan of Dash Water, so perfect to drink when you want something a bit sweeter and more tasty than just water, even though its just as good for you as water is!! It is so refreshing, there is always a good time to drink a can of dash and I have started bringing the cans everywhere with me. My favourite flavour is the lemon (even though they are all delicious) and I haven't found anything else out there with the same benefits (no sugar, good for the environment) or as worth the money. I'll be ordering more boxes as soon as this one is finished!! Added benefit - the cans look so great, they are like an accessory!

I have been following & drinking DASH for a long time now. When it comes to Lemon & Raspberry flavour I’m absolutely sold! I could drink them all day! Others prefer cucumber (which is also great) but what’s brilliant is that there is a variety and therefore it offers a great talking point. I suggest you try all of them! There are multiple reasons why I love DASH – the taste, the light fizziness, the cool can design etc. But the important thing to remember is that DASH is so much more than just a “drink!” There is such a big problem with sugar in our society today and the soft drinks industry are some of the biggest culprits! We grow up drinking these sugary drinks and it isn’t long before we find ourselves utterly addicted. It a massive epidemic and the science is there for all to see! Oh, and don’t get me started on sweeteners – just google aspartame! With DASH, they offer the perfect replacement – NO SUGAR, NO SWEETENERS, NO CALORIES – AND EXCELLENT TASTE! You really do feel good after you’ve had one – both physically but also morally & ethically. DASH, unlike the supermarkets of today, appreciate farmers and prevent food wastage. Using wonky fruit and veg is a very strong message for all generations, existing & future. I bought a crate for the office the other day - it went down a treat! Great reviews all round!

Very refreshing Love the flavour

On initially tasting this drink it tastes a little weird, like a diluted version of a fizzy drink. A bit Like the flavour should be more but it's not. But after a few sips u kind of get used to the taste especially when it is very cold, only then does it start tasting good. I kind of enjoy this drink now as it serves as an alternative to my usual fizzy drinks. I know I am drinking healthier and that makes me feel good.

Dash water je suis fan, je connaissais pas avant d'avoir des amis qui sont passés par l'angleterre pour m'en ramener. C'est sans sucre et on le sent honnêtement c'est super rafraichissant et 0 calories :D
