Excellent Air Quality Monitor with Accuracy
This air quality monitor works really well and displays accurate measurements in each parameters. First off, the temperature and relative humidity numbers are in line with other gauges that I have, which is a good start. The CO2 tracks my other gauge well. PM2.5 and PM10 impressed me as PM2.5 showed 24ug/m3 and PM10 showed 32ug/m3 in the outside while the official air quality in my area was 20 and 32 respectively. I couldn't verify TVOC and HCHO but both went up drastically when it gets close to cooking. Some people mentioned about auto shut off and alarm but I have turned off both, so the unit is continuously on and we'll have to see how long it will last. Overall, I am very happy with this and it gives me a piece of mind as long as air quality goes.

Reassuring information
I ordered this air quality monitor because I was afraid I'd been living in an environment with an air quality problem. I've had a bad cough that wasn't going away. While it was great to find that my air quality is just fine and I can take that big air purifier off of my wishlist, I still have this cough. In the meantime, though, I've learned some interesting things about what's in my air. Several measurements were mysterious, but the instructions tell me what they are and what they should be. And in case I lose the instructions, the chart is also on the bottom of the device along with the ranges of what the measurements should be. I find it helpful that the temperature of the room is one of the measurements displayed. The only problem I have with the monitor is that it needs to be plugged in periodically to recharge in order to display the measurements. Even if I leave it plugged in, the display turns off after some time goes by, apparently to preserve the working life of the device. I usually leave it plugged in and press a button to turn on the display. It's not a big deal, just a minor annoyance. The size of the display is not an issue because I'm always right in front of it whenever I check something. The bottom line is that it's a nice, dependable monitor and I'm glad to have it.

Handy for monitoring air quality
I use this to monitor air quality in a room with three 3D printers. I can also monitor the effectiveness of the air purifer that is also in the room. I have no way of testing it's accuracy. My initial complaint was that it turns itself off after 12 hours or so. After using it, this is no longer a complaint. I don't print 24/7 so it only needs to run while printing. For prints over 12 hours, I can just turn it back on. The display is easy to read and easy to understand. No complaints.

The detection is very inaccurate garbage
Really garbage, bought this air quality monitor, the data jumped like a disco, just measured or excellent, the next second direct heavy pollution, repeated tests many times, the results are different, completely can not believe its data, waste of money.

Opened box and faulty temperature sensor
Update: The seller graciously reached out to Amazon to refund me for the faulty unit and is providing me with a replacement unit for the trouble as well. Looking forward to updating my rating/review to reflect the quality of the new unit when it arrives. I believe based on the other reviews that this I was likely an Amazon fulfillment center mistake. Thank you to the seller for reaching out with great customer service to fix the issue!Previous review:When it arrived the box was not sealed. Additionally, the temperature sensor seems to consistently read 2-3 degrees F lower than the actual run temperature (according to two other nearby temperature gauges that are in agreement with one another), which I assume in turn messes up the relative humidity reading. I assume the other sensors are okay, though I have nothing else to calibrate them against. It’s nice looking and has good battery life though. I assume this one is a defect and will return and try another. Not sure why I was sent an open box item …

A very informative air monitor
I decided to invest in an air monitor for quick readings. This sleek one comes features several different readings and a CO2 alarm when it reaches levels over 1000. The instruction manual is awesome. It breaks down every reading into simple, easy to understand explanations. The manual was definitely written by someone specialized in user experience and not an engineer like these things usually are. I tested the air quality before and after letting the heating system run overnight. Levels before were in the "excellent" category which they should be because we have an HVAC system that we installed a UV sanitizing light as well as a high MERV filter. It blows less air because of the restrictive filter, but everything should be clean. The CO2 levels were around 520ppm without the system running then almost immediately jumped to around 570ppm once the system was on for a few minutes. The other readings always stayed negligible. Eventually even with the heat on the CO2 levels settled back down to around 520ppm while the other readings stayed negligible. It doubles as a clock as well for those interested. There are however several caveats. One is that this can't be wall mounted which would've been useful since I wanted to install this in a central location with all of the other hubs/meters. The battery seems to drain fast (possibly because of the cold weather causing the battery to have to use more energy to heat itself to the point where it can function efficiently.) After less than an hour it was already down one bar out of the four. It's also defaulted to shut off after eleven hours and recalibrate itself, but not to turn back on. Thankfully this setting can be changed so that it recalibrates and stays on. The screen also stays on all of the time. It doesn't detect light or activity nor does it change brightness levels or turn off. This is definitely one of the main reasons why the battery drains so fast.Another disappointment is that there's no smart functionality. This means there's no wireless connectivity or app. I would have loved to be able to check air quality and receive notifications without having to physically look at the device.Overall it's a quality air monitor with some caveats that may cause people to look elsewhere. I think the $90 price tag might be appropriate for the sensitive equipment inside and what it take to fine tune it, but I wouldn't be surprised if similar products sold for $50.
