The charm is a bit cheaper feeling than I had hoped for, the heart that has the printed words has a lop-sided cut and the words themselves are printed in slightly different sizes.I had planned this as part of a birthday gift, but it's not as nice as the picture shows.

I got this for my 15 year old. It was beautiful and she absolutely loves it

Looks nothing like the photo. The heart is horribly shaped. I’ll be returning for sure. This thing is ugly.

Product is quite cute, however it is pretty flimsy. Can't imagine it would last long on the horse bridle. It is cute, clearly get what you pay for. Price is cheap.
