How to connect the device to the computer?

The microphone connects to the sound card via the included XLR cable. The sound card has a built-in battery and a Type-C charging cable. It connects to standard computers via Type-C. For MacBook , a different adapter is needed (not included)

How to connect the device to my phone?

You can use the 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable supplied with the product, plug it into the sound card's “LIVE1” connector and the phone's audio input connector, and it will work!

Why can't I hear my sound card?

The device produces sound during normal use. To hear it, connect 3.5mm headphones to the sound card and increase the sound card monitor volume. Note: Headphones are not included.
