Fits perfectly in our oven, works like a charm. We use it for making italian bread and pizza's it big enough to do 3 loaves and the distribution of heat is perfect. A great buy!!

Great stone. Used for pizza and Preheated stone for 30 min. Heats up quickly. Worked great! Heats/cooks pizza quickly. Size indicated was accurate. I tested stone for lead since stone is used with food and test found no lead present. Stone stains with use its unavoidable -call it seasoning or patina and get over it.

I ordered the largest baking stone available, and I'm very happy with the quality, size, and performance. I've baked countless breads and pizzas on it already, and it provides a nice, crisp crust. The stone is wide enough to accommodate multiple loaves or pizzas simultaneously. The oven takes a bit longer to preheat with the stone in it, but once it's hot, it stays hot . . . even after repeated door openings to add or remove items. That allows for more consistent temperatures when baking multiple sheets of cookies, loaves of bread, etc. I placed an upside-down baking sheet under the stone as a center support, as the sides rest on my oven shelf brackets. I highly recommend it!
