Can anyone really tell if this helps them??? Having said that I can say that my knees don't seem to bother me nearly as much as they did. Is it because of these pills or not? That is the $64,0000 question. Some of the little aches and pains seem to have subsided also but who knows why. If I could link the reduction of maladies to these pills I would have given it 5 stars but I can't prove these really helped. I continue to take one a day and will have my vitamin d levels checked again to see if they have bumped up. I guess for most people you just have to try and see if you notice any differences. A word of warning to those on blood thinners. These do have vitamin k, which is a blood clotting agent so you better check with your doctor before you take this and blood thinners. UPDATED 1-26-19; I've been using these since 2014 and I will say that they definitely work. After a year my Vit-D levels went from 20-25 up to 45. I backed off for a few months and my vit-d levels dropped back to 25. After starting back up again my level went back to 45 after a few more months. I've done this a couple of times and my level always goes back up when I take one capsule a day. The end result is that they do work for me. Does getting your vit-d level up really help. Who knows! The longer I take these the older I get and the more I feel like a old man. Maybe I would feel worse if I didn't take these but I'm not willing to take the chance.

Unbelievable. I am a breast cancer warrior. I am two years post-chemo and had muscle aches and pains in my legs for the last two years. I was also vitamin D deficient prior to my breast cancer diagnosis and my docs had some concerns surrounding my bone density test (but this was for my wrist). I have taken these supplements for a week and have felt a noticeable improvement in my legs. I am astonished. I have a new love for this product and would definitely recommend it to others.

After 2 years of suffering, i finally went to the Dr. because I was suffering from fatigue, muscle weakness and pain severe joint pain in my shoulders, elbows and my feet just about made me crippled. I seriously thought if they don't find out what's wrong with me, I'm going to be disabled and in a wheelchair within a couple years. I'm 49. The Dr. did bloodwork and reffered me to a specialist to test me for ossible autoimmune disorders such as MS, RA and Fibromialsia. My blood work came back with a vitamin D level of 11. I went to the specialist and he ordered a slew of tests that would cost me over 1,000 in Co pays. Specialist also briefly mentiined my D level and said I newded to get that under control. A few days after my appointment I saw an infomercial for this product so I ordered 2 bottles. By the end of those 2 bottles ALL OF MY SYMPTOMS WERE GONE!!!!! I felt no more pain. I had energy again and I could think more clearly. I swear by this product and It has been a game changer for me. If it cost $100 a bottle, I would still buy it. BTW, I never went back to the specialist and had all those expensive tests done.

I have used this product for 2+ years. It has been consistent in quality and reliability. It is not cheapest out there and like everything price increases. Because of that I don’t take recommended amount. I started with one a day, I noticed a difference in energy and mood. Maintaining that dosage makes it something I can maintain.
