Pure food based supplement
This supplement provides a pure form of the Bilva Fruit (Aegle Marmelos). Each bottle has 60 vegetarian capsules with a suggested dose of 2-4 capsules per day so you get 15-30 days supply. The capsules are large but easy to swallow and you get 470mg of powder in each. They do suggest if the capsules are too large then you can remove the powder and mix with hot water or even mix with a smoothie. As it is a fruit the taste is quite palatable if you are mixing with something else. I like that this is pure and there are no other added fillers, flow agents or additives.

Large capsule but easy to swallow.
Standard 'large' capsule size but still easy enough to swallow if you are used to these bigger supplements. Smooth surface on the capsule makes it easier to swallow. No odour or aftertaste that I am aware of. Plenty of info on the label along with batch number and use by date.

I have a hard time swallowing large capsules so I can’t take them, which is a bummer because I was looking forward to seeing what benefits this could bring.

The supplement appears to be good quality. The capsules are larger than average but easy enough to swallow. There was no bad smell or aftertaste and I did not have any adverse effects from taking them. Hard to tell if there have been any notable benefits yet.
