I got this to use as a pre-ride supplement for cycling. According to the labeling, it has no stimulants, and my heart rate would seem to agree. Tastes fine, no complaints there. Also does indeed seem to help with performance and endurance. But, non-stim or not, my sleep suffers dramatically any time I use it. I've used other non-stim products from other manufacturers and have not had that issue in the past, but something in here has me wired 9-10 hours post mulit-hour ride when I'm trying to doze off. Not like bouncing off the walls from a caffeine high type feeling, but I just can not fall asleep. Stopped using it for a couple of rides and sleep is back to normal. It probably won't affect everyone the same way, but it's been enough of an impact I wanted to make sure to mention it.

Been using it for 5 days so far after about 20 minutes or so I start itching / tingling on my face and hands

I was looking forward to trying this product as my new pre workout but it’s a NO for me. It doesn’t give me the energy that I was expecting based on the reviews but it just makes me feel warm after 30 minutes. Unfortunately I can’t turn this item so it’s money wasted but I’d much rather prefer to get a refund.

Its good. Helped me cut 15 minutes off my 1 mile swim. Was able to keep going where I would normally slow down.
