Delivery is bad.
The vitamins are great, however the delivery is terrible. It takes over a week then there's a delay. This happens to me quite often. Every once in a while, I get the delivery in a couple of days, but most often I don't.

Straight fish oil gives my husband issues with heartburn. These 3-6-9 do not.

I’ve been using this three times a week for more than two years. The capsules are easy to take, good quality, and don’t upset my stomach. It’s been simple to stick with and fits well into my routine.

Great supplement—helps with my joints and skin. I noticed fewer dry patches in the winter months after using this. Pros: Balanced fatty acids, no fishy burps Cons: Capsules are a bit large Tip: Take with a fatty meal to improve absorption.

Got for daughter and ended up not taking them due to size of capsule. If you having any issues with swallowing then don't get those...get known smaller ones. The product though is top quality. 4stars only because ...too big

Been taking these for years. I think it helps my immune system . These are on sale often and a good value. Absolutely tasteless. I will keep buying them
