Today is 1/8/2026. I bought this last January. Blows my mind I’ve used this vibration plate for a whole year!!! I absolutely love mine. I truly believe it helps me so much with my joints AND sped up my weight loss journey as a great way for lymphatic drainage. One of if not the best personal purchase I’ve on Amazon. Actually this is my only review I’ve left on this site. Do not think twice, just get it!!!

I love this thing. When I’m sore and on my feet all day this helps to alleviate pain and stress from my legs. It is slide resistant, easy set up super easy to use. And quality is great. So many programs to choose from and it helps to ease into workouts. If you limber enough you can sit on it also. I stand and do light squats and planks and I attempt to sit on it (not successfully) but it does the trick and helps to ease my sciatica. Best part is it helps with blood flow. Don’t stand for too long cause if you get motion sickness it will trigger it hehe but all in all my legs and lower back have been functional. Oh yeah and It comes with a remote. It’s small and very easy to misplace. I have no idea where mine is and I miss it because it helped with the settings while on it so I didn’t have to bend down

I recently purchased a vibration plate and have been using it for a few weeks. It’s compact, easy to store, and surprisingly sturdy for its size. The vibrations are adjustable, which is great for tailoring workouts to different intensity levels. I’ve noticed improved circulation and muscle relaxation after sessions, especially on recovery days. The remote control is handy, though the display could be brighter. For the price, it’s a solid addition to my home fitness routine, but don’t expect gym-grade power. Great for beginners or casual use! Plus there are now research studies saying this helps with bone density! Ladies in your menopause stages this is something to consider.

This little machine works great! Comes with remote control. Good value. Easy to use. Can be loud if used on a bare floor. Wish the timer went higher than 10 minutes.

Thoroughly enjoy mine. Had it for about 6 months now and although I don’t use it often I still feel the benefits when I do.

Update: I found out that my unit was still under factory warranty, and FIERDUN immediately responded to my email, stating they are shipping me a new one. That's great customer service, and a company that stands behind their product. The email stated 3-7 days for delivery, so I'm upping the review to 5 stars. If I don't actually receive the item, I will, of course, update my review again. This was great when it worked. Unfortunately, after just under 1 year of light use (2-3 times per week for 20 minutes), this has died on me. When I try to use it, it just shuts off, the power chord gets hot, and I smell that "burning electronics" smell. I'm super disappointed because I really liked this machine. Unfortunately, after only a year, it's fried. I won't be purchasing this brand again.

I’ve been wanting a vibration plate for a while to help with lymphatic drainage, but had a hard time finding the right one. This one is perfect! It’s very quiet, sturdy, and easy to use, it comes with the vibration plate, a plug in chord, remote with batteries, hooks on bottom for resistance bands, and a user manual. Goes up to 99 different speed levels, I’ve only gone up to 25 and it shakes you pretty good, in the video I’m only on level 1 and it’s still shaking a lot! Love using it while watching a show, the timer only goes up to 10 minutes which is fine, if you want to do it longer you can just start it over again. My only issue is that I don’t know what the “HA” stands for that flashes across the screen. I don’t know if I’m just dumb, but I can’t find it anywhere in the user manual. It’s not that big of a deal, it just bothers me that I don’t know what it stands for. I did notice after the first couple times that I had pain in my armpit afterwards and I looked it up and it said that it was from the increased activity in lymphatic system so I definitely think it’s working! Also feels good on my lower back and shoulders pain. I love it!

Wanted to wait and utilize this device before posting a review. Thought I would wait a year, but after less than 7 months, it's already starting to breakdown. At first, it worked exactly as described. The different settings for time and power level were good. The vibrations helped relieve fatigue and move lymphatic fluid, while also helping to boost circulation. It was also quiet. Something that is glaringly different now is the sound. About a month ago, it started to make a slight grinding and clanking noise. I ignored it thinking it was just an anomaly and would go away. Fast forward to now, whenever I turn it on, it sounds like someone is shaking an aluminum can filled with rocks. It is loud! And the issue is there is no remedy for it. I searched for a way to open the motor compartment under the device but there is no access. Besides, why should I have to oil parts? Too bad too because as someone with autoimmune disease that affects my muscles and joints, this device was great in the beginning, helping to bring some relief. Also, before anyone asks, I am nowhere near the weight limit of this device...unless the stated weight limit is false...

if you are from uae don’t buy it, I bought it and plugged it to the electricity and then it keep working on full speed no stop till it literally made explosion sound, then a white smoke came out of it. I was scared it is going to burn my house.

I just received it this morning really easy to set up just plug it in the remote worked fine and I couldn’t believe how much power it had as far as vibration. My whole body was shaking, very quiet so you can sit or stand and watch TV and not really miss out on anything. Haven’t tried any of the pre-set programs yet. I have used the remote control which works. I think if you follow the little booklet they gave, you get your circulation back up and start taking short walks. Weight loss is going to go much much faster, which is what I bought it for. Very pleased. It also is only a 2 prong outlet plug which is great as not all our electrical outlets are 3 so it’ll work anywhere there’s a plug

I absolutely love this device. We have had it for quite a while now and have had no problems with it working. There are lots of different speeds and it is very sturdy. It gets used every day!

I really like my vibration plate. I’m a heavier person so I got this because it is suited for plus size and I have not been disappointed. I do like the programming, it’s very intuitive. I find it helps the edema in my legs and ankles if I use it on a slower speed and do it more often through the week. I don’t always see the same outcome with the higher programming, but I do feel the P4 and P5 in my legs and butt which is also a desired outcome!

Its a great product but the remote doesnt work...I returned the first one I ordered to only recieve the second one with the remote not working again!! Its not a huge issue but I paid for the remote as well to be working... its my 2nd time and I really dont feel like returning this one again and prolly get the same issue with remote! Lol other than that its a great machine, you feel every jiggle 🤣
