Waste of cost
I traded in my old iPhone 11 to buy this mobile. But the performance of this new phone is very bad it hangs a lot and is very slow. I requested a refund, but Amazon said that I will not get back my trade-in phone or its value. Only the extra amount I paid will be refunded. So new buyers, please be aware of this before purchasing. Otherwise, it’s a waste of money like it was for me.

When I purchased this, the listing claimed to be for the US version. I received the international version, which doesn't have a 5G antenna. Turns out, for me it just isn't an issue, but it wasn't what I was expecting to get. Phone works great though!

Excellent phone for a good price. Easy to set up. Easy to use for anyone who has had a Samsung before. Thebonly thing I don't like about it is the usb c connector. It is not compatible with my laptop for downloading files and I can't be bothered sending thebto the cloud to download. I also don't know the cost implications of cloud storage. I don't understand why 'available memory' doesn't seem much more than on a phone I had used for 8 years with only 2GB RAM. Very good seller. Dispatched the phone immediately and it arrived the next day. Inside the parcel it was in original Samsung packaging and in perfect condition. I hesitated to buy for a seller previously unknown to me but can highly recommend this seller now.
