Update: Seller contacted me, apologized and offered me either a full refund or replacement. I decided to give them another chance and opted for a replacement. I am grateful for the amazing customer service. I adjusted my rating to reflect my issue being addressed. It was good until it wasn't. I purchased in June of 2025. Very well made cables and dual port chargers. From day one, when I plug cables in one of the charger ports, the power indicator light goes out and will not charge. When you plug into the alternate port, it works fine. This is for both power blocks. So I never had the option to charge two devices at once. Fast forward to January of 2026, after 7 months of use, one cable starts charging intermittently. I keep one charger plugged at my bedside and one at my desk at the office. I then removed the cable from home and began using it at work. The second cable quit working the following month. I take care of my items and both were never rolled up, nor is there any visible distress to either cable. Each cable remained plugged in and stationary. The fact that both went out around the same time, suggests a quality issue.

My Samsung tablet is a slow charging unit. This charger has sped up the process. It does not perform well on a power strip, but works properly when plugged into a wall adapter. The cord is over 6 feet long increasing usefulness. If you want USB ports, this doesn't have them. You get 2 chargers with 2 ports per unit. Four units can be charged simultaneously. Bear in mind that your smartphone should be compatible. The charger can only charge as fast as your phone or tablet allow. The price of the charger justifies the advantages and disadvantages. I am satisfied with the product in the early going.

Power flickered and base stops working. Only thing with issues even with multiple things plugged in. 3rd base to go bad at a slight power flicker. 1st was on a power strip. Power flickered and base died. Everything else on strip was fine. 2nd was plugged into a cord, with nothing else on the cord. Power flickered, base died. This time it was plugged directly into the wall and died. These work great until its stormy apparently. *update* seller offered full refund. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars

Well, nothing crazy to say about these. They do the job they are supposed to. Fast charging. (Even with two devices connected, it really does deliver 45W two times at the same time; it is not divided.) The specs from the Amazon page are pretty accurate. Solid build quality and modern design. Bought these for my wife and me, and she is also really satisfied with the sturdiness of the cables and the length.

One of the wall charging blocks is already not functioning in less then 2 months. Would have been a 5 star review as they charge really fast and I was very happy up until this point.
