pretty decent
easy set up and the cats don’t seem to mind it. you can’t trust a machine entirely so it does need to be overseen. sometimes litter can get stuck but otherwise it works completely fine. the cleaning is not so bad either, as long as the trash bag is changed regularly and you hose it down with some pressure you won’t have any issues. i wouldn’t say it’s completely quiet. you do hear it when it’s in self clean. my cats don’t enter it when it is on this mode but if yours did i can’t say it would stop? not that it’s super fast but if yours do have a tendency to go inside the motion sensors on this one seem a tad slow. otherwise decent purchase especially once you figure out the litter type its suitable for and your cats like (sand and tofu litter seems to work best)

Fails at Its Main Purpose
The main purpose of this product is the self-cleaning function, and unfortunately, it does not work. It has essentially become an expensive manual litter box. This is the second time I have purchased the same model, but from a different seller. With this unit, the litter clumps stick and pile up at the base of the litter box instead of being properly removed. I am forced to manually scrape them out with a litter scoop. Because of this, the waste bag ends up filled with clean litter, while the actual waste remains stuck inside the unit. I have adjusted the settings multiple times, but the issue persists. To be clear, I am using the same type of litter that worked perfectly with my previous unit, so the problem is not the litter. Additionally, the plastic material of this unit feels noticeably cheaper compared to the one I bought before. The only reason I switched sellers is because my previous seller no longer carried this model, as it was an older version. Overall, this version does not perform as expected and does not justify the price. If you want, I can also: Make it shorter and sharper (for higher visibility on Amazon) Rewrite it in a more neutral tone Or make it stronger and more critical to clearly warn other buyers

The litter barrel is too small. My cat barely fits in. Also the tray cannot remove. It's a nightmare to change the entire litter. This is not suitable for us
