Serves its purpose
I been sleeping in this for the past month. It has been very useful. Hasn’t deflated. Like any bbl sleeping material it does hurt my lower back but not all the time. I do used a special pillow to sleep in that special angle that it’s required. I’m also small. I’m 5’3 and my weight its 120lb. Not sure if it would work the same for someone on the thicker side.

Good at first - then goes bad
I’ve used this product for about 2 weeks. The first week was great. I wouldn’t suggest this for immediately after post op as the hole is kinda small. After the first week it’s started deflating on me.

Good single air mattress
I have a confession - I do not have a BBL. I ordered this to be used a "normal" air mattress. The cutout for your butt is exactly where it should be, so if a person were needing this for their BBL it would certainly be appropriate. The mattress also comes with an inflatable piece that fills in the "BBL hole" in the center of the mattress - essentially making it a normal air mattress. It feels exactly like every "Intex" air mattress I've seen in recent years - soft material on the top, thick plastic everywhere else. I have no doubt it will meet minimum durability standards. It also comes with an electric air pump that makes it very easy to inflate and deflate.
