I've had this bin for about 6 months now and very happy with everything. It's sturdy and a quality product. Unlike many reviews I read I personally haven't had any issues with the lid. I really appreciate the size as it's perfectly fits our kitchen and I love the smaller triple compartments as I like to empty the bin more frequently. It's easy to clean, looks smart. So in overall for me it definitely worth the money.

I bought this bin 6 months ago and I was very happy with it. Saves space. Useful separate compartments. 6 months after spending £80 on a bin, it broke. The little bit that holds the lid down pinged off having snapped at the hinge. This was with a normal level of use. I contacted Songmics to ask for a replacement part and they said they didn't have any and said I should contact Amazon. Amazon refers me back to Songmics website. In theory this is a great bin. The company has the worst customer service. I feel like I've been scammed. I would not buy from them again.

Good but button to push open gets stuck

A little disappointing. The bin arrived with the top catch and springs detached. I reassembled these and it works. Annoyingly the small hinged hatch holding the 'carbon filter' in place opens when the lid is released and the filter falls in the trash. This has now been inadvertently thrown out. I originally paid £99 for the bin but complained following a £20 reduction on Amazon the day after ordering and also to mention the loose catch. Amazon gave me a £25 credit. The bin stands me in t £74. Is it worth that? The quality is ok apart from points mentioned but on close examination the metal is as thin as it can be and there is a seam running down the back which is probably necessary for its manufacture. Apart from that - its a bin, it holds the rubbish in three separate compartments and looks ok in our kitchen. I'm really not sure hence 3 stars.

Poor quality. I purchased this bin in May this year, and already in August the main clasp on the top lid has broken..didn't even last 3 months. And I see nowhere to report the malfunction

One thing I never knew until I became a homeowner is how expensive a good bin is. This one is great though, really sturdy, easy to empty, traps the smells pretty well. Very sleek design.

Spring opener on top failed less than 5 months in. Not quality expected for the price. No warranty contact information.

Très heureuse de mon achat convient très bien mon petit espace en cuisine. Pratique pour la hauteur et le bouton d'ouverture tactile.

Pesima calidad. Duro literalmente 5 meses hasta q el mecanismo de la tapa (de un plastico muy barato y de pesima calidad) se rompio. Producto pensado para durar lo justo y necesario para q no lo cubra la garantia.

Article défectueux: choc d’un coté et tiroir/ bac bas tordu. Pour remplacer l’article ou se faire rembourser, le retour doit se faire en point relais ou à la poste. Or je n’ai pas la possibilité de me porter et de déposer l’article qui est volumineux en point relais, raison pour laquelle je me suis faite livrée à domicile!!! Pas moyen de contacter le vendeur non plus. Je me trouve coincée avec un article défectueux payé cher. Scandaleux!
