Started with a different make of machine - very disappointing since it failed at second time of use. Bought the Rumblex instead. This is top draw and easily worth the money. It is very versatile, very sturdy and barely audible during use. The instruction manual could not be clearer. Accessories include a rubber mat, exercise and resistant bands plus a wrist band for remote control of the functions. Registering the lifetime guarantee couldn't be simpler. My wife and I are extremely pleased with this machine and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Powerful product with a great variety of modes and speeds. Lots of useful workout information and online resources available. Also lifetime warranty available.

Very good and feels very stable. Normally used in highest settings with dumbell exercises etc. nice range of vibrations for all.

Excellent but I’ve a worry, emailed the warranty and have sent a query but no replay at all!! If goes wrong who is responsible? The company promised life time warranty but I can’t even log in , I will update this review when they will respond, this is why the 3 star . I was hoping to update a better review but after waiting two weeks for LIFEPRO to respond there is no news at all, how disappointing to know that I sent twice an email and they not responding!! The seller offered a full refund but I feel like is so eavy to send it back , I really annoying that when I purchased this they promise a life time warranty that doesn’t exist, and a customer service that is ignore the message and after registering the warranty there isn’t any certificate or at list a response from them!! Bad customer service!! But as a seller I say it as responded to my review and give me a full refund, though at the moment I got no issues with the machine I would just hope it will be ok,I’m updating to 4 star because the seller as been very helpful,my advice to the seller is to update your warranty ads, as maybe because we are in uk and life pro is a us company the lifetime warranty is not applicable, yet Amazon will provide with 2 years warranty so happy to say overall the plate is a good machine, the seller been helpful. Will see in the future but if it will last long time I will buy again.

Incredible customer service!! Our vibration plate stopped working out of the blue mid way through the 10 minute program. I only purchased the vibration plate in July 2024. After checking the fuse it still did not work. I contacted the supplier based in the USA and received a reply within that day. I was then sent a returns link to follow and provided the requested information. I was about to chase up a response after a few days to see what was decided but then received a brand new vibration plate on our door step in Devon, England, UK. Thrilled! Very happy to be back on the plate, it gives you a work out if you haven't got time to get out there, improves my bone density and my husband always warms up on it before going to play Pickle Ball - Thank you!!

I cant even leave any stars as dint get to use this. I was very excited to use it, just arrived, unpacked and the socket is broken. Now will have to wait till a new plug cable is arranged.

I had the Waver mini plate before, but being able to use all three movement directions at once with the Rumblex plus 4D is even better. Also like that the set programme is only 10 minutes which makes it even easier to squeeze in a session before doing activities, and then again in the evening to loosen up the muscles and make it easier to get to sleep. I thought it would take up more space and be too heavy for me to move, but once I manage to bend over far enough to grab hold of the side and pull the suckers loose from the laminate floor it is very easy to roll away under the coffee table, and easy to roll it out again to use the next time. Those little wheels on one side are a good addition. Perhaps a handle on the other side so that those of us who are a bit doddery and have difficulty bending can grab it more easily would be something to think about when designing the next version? When I started using the waver mini in June this year I couldn't stand upright for more than a couple of minutes, while leaning heavily on two sticks, so I had to do the first few sessions sitting down with my feet resting on the board. Then I managed to stand on it for a few minutes, holding both sticks. After a few weeks I was able to stand on it for the full 15 minutes, and gradually managed to let go of the sticks and balance with a chair back in front of me to grab in emergencies. Now I've reached a point where I can "walk" in place on the board, and do stretches and some other exercises. If I have a day when I don't get a chance to use the board I am longing for it and will use it more the next day because it feels so good. I've even found myself walking indoors without a stick, which I haven't been able to do for several years.

What an amazing peice of gym kit. I have the all black and it sits by the side of my sofa out of harms way, its so sleek looking yet it packs a punch for its output and what it can do for the body!!!! Tiny issue not having a remote inside but I'm awaiting a response from customer service, you can set it up manually however but I will pursue this matter still. It's still amazing, love the bands and mat you get with it, the online YouTube videos are very informative too from setting it up to using it for whatever goals you have. 😀

The good news: Rumblex product works great. Easy to use and I can definitely feel the effects of a workout adding this as part of my routine. The product arrived missing the wristband, but a quick message to Lifepro and they couriered it out to me immediately. Excellent product and excellent customer service. The bad news: Amazon absolutely sucks when it comes to customer service when they've dropped the ball as opposed to a supplier problem. The initial product order was damaged in transit by Amazon and never reached me. Instead of shipping a replacement they insisted they had to refund my money and I had to order a new one. Problem was, the replacement was at a higher price (I order the original on Black Friday). They said they would refund the difference in price only after the new one was delivered. Well, after spending an hour conversing and getting bounced around to 6 different agents on their chat function and supplying and resupplying the transaction details, the chat went silent as the last agent was "looking into it". After no response for 15 minutes, I said "Hello, Hello, is there anyone there". Finally got a response "Sorry we can't help you". I said that was unacceptable. They finally offered to have someone call me. After about an hour I got a phone call. They told me a refund would be issued in 3-4 business days. Well, it's been about 4 weeks and no refund. Sorry, but Amazon sucks. They're pretty quick to grind their small business suppliers when there's a customer service issue, but they're atrocious when it comes to fixing their own mistakes.

It’s a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.

One of the wheels arrived out of place. The device displays '88' on the screen when switched on. And none of the buttons work. So had to return due to faulty operation.

I’ve had this a month now. I’ve used it daily and used two of the three possible movement directions. I have not yet tried the programs. I’m 75, overweight, and not flexible. All the issues seniors face with stiffness and aches and whatnot, I’ve got. This review is for all y'all that are, too. What I’ve found is that it has helped my balance (I’m moving more easily over the yard to get to the car and whatnot), my strength is improving (I’ve carried the large cat-food bags in where previously I had difficulty lifting them), my flexibility increased (I’m easily bending down to pick things up, etc), aches in body and joints (just general aches go away and stay away for quite a while, to my surprise), and my energy has gone up (previously I was too tired to walk to the next room until I absolutely had to). In a month! (I need an extra ! on that). To accomplish this, I’ve stood on it and bent my knees a little (nowhere near an actual squat) for 15 seconds or so, and I’ve got a little 2lb hand weights and still standing on it, I do 4 curls, 4 lifts up and down over my head, 4 lifts to the side. I then turn at the waist (I can only go a small amount around, so far) in each direction. That takes me about 2 minutes or so. That’s it. Seriously, that is all I'm doing. My body feels as if it has worked out for a long time. I don’t quite understand how, but it does. The machine takes each direction up to (iirc) level 60 but I’m only on level 1. Haven’t gotten farther – don’t need to, at least not yet. I started and was on it for just over 1 minute that first time and felt like I’d worked out for an hour. A month later, I’m at 3+ minutes and feel like I’ve really worked out. My body is really responding. I’ve even started using it for 20 seconds before bed because after sitting all evening when I stand up I’m all stiff and if I just lay down in bed I spend an hour while my legs and back object and carry on. That 20 seconds of shaking sorts it all out and I sleep easily without all the leg and back foofaraw. I have a bad back and I was afraid this machine would be a bad thing, shaking me around. Not so. It is better than sliced bread, lol. If you’re a senior like me and you’re debating if you should get it or not due to cost and wondering if it really works, let this review encourage you. Go for it. Worth every single cent. I feel so much better. This gets bonus stars if they had them.

This is a great vibration plate. You have lots of choices for pre programmed or customised vibration settings and speeds. It really seems to have helped my leg discomfort with only using it a few minutes each day. I love that is is a lower profile and I can step on and off of it easily. I also appreciate that Life Pro sends tips, tricks and videos on how to use, different uses etc. when you register your email with them. I have noticed that I have gained balance since beginning to use this which is a big plus, and my legs and arms are getting stronger and I have more energy. I highly recommend it to anyone who may struggle with walking, standing or any form of regular exercise due to mobility issues. I also love the fact that it comes with resistance bands and a small workout mat...really adding versatility to my workout.
