This cooling lactation massager from Horigen has been great. While heat is nice and promotes circulation and movement in the ducts, sometimes the swelling is so much that you have to reduce it before anything can happen. This cooling massager does the trick!The vibration feature is nice, I keep mine on the constant vibration setting 3, and this unit gets cold! There is a metal plate on the bottom, so the whole unit doesn't get cold. However at the plate it gets very icy feeling and I can spot treat inflamed sections easily with this. I have actively felt inflammation reduce while using this, it's such a relief.It's easy to charge and use. I really like the magnetic charging set-up, there is no damage to the unit if the whole thing gets knocked off the charger. It just disconnects and no harm done.There are some down sides though, the fan is a bit loud and has to stay unblocked at all times, this means it's not as wearable as advertised, as my clothing keeps blocking the fan.Also there is a discharge phase to be aware of, after you turn the fan off it will run for a little while longer to dissipate the heat that build up when creating the cold. Like when it's running you have to be careful to not block the fan, you also need to put it in a spot where the disc can't overheat on an object. Get it off your skin once you turn the cooling fan off, it will get hot fast.I have been alternating this with my heated massager and the combo has been amazing. I have been struggling with clogged ducts this go around no matter what I do, this massager has really been the last piece to solving that issue.

I didn’t expect how powerful the lactation cooler is but it can get freezing cold within a minute. I managed to get rid of the clogged milk duct within a few minutes, which felt like a great relief. The design overall is great but I don’t care too much for the cooling fan. The fan is pretty loud and you can’t really keep it in your bra since the vent requires to be kept clear.

The package comes with shrink wrap, since I am planning to use it as a gift, I didn't break the shrink wrap.As a new mom that had baby 4 months ago, I know how much it hurts when milk comes in. I like design of the massager, 3 cooling settings and 5 vibration settings, it gives plenty of options when coming to cooling. The material is made from food grade liquid silicone and BPA-free also, definitely a safe material to use on the breast. Operation seems very simple also, just two buttons, very user friendly. Last, the size of the massager is small, doesn't take a lot of space and very easy to carry in the handbag when on the go.Overall, I really think this is a very nice gadget, especially for first time mom. I am going to join a baby shower next month, I am gonna use this massager as part of the gifts for the expecting mom. Besides the gifts for baby, mama also needs care, right? :D

I am so tired of wet ice compresses and the mess it makes. Now I only have to turn on this cooling massager. It charges up fast and I like the magnetic connection with the cord a lot. Fast and easy to hook up to charge. The cooling is not as cold as ice but has three levels and the lowest being 50 degrees FahrenheitIt is quite nice looking and has a soft silicone cover with super easy to use buttons. Only to to contend with and they either do cooling, massaging etc. The charge lasted for about an hour on the medium setting for cooling. This can be worn with a bra but would not recommend since the cooling part sucks in air to make the massager cold on the metal pad. I think a bra would restrict air flow.One thing that is really nice is that it looks great, is easy to use and move around, and is curved like how the breast is shaped.Love love love this and price is worth it!

This is a cool gadget - I usually see heat-related massagers but this is for cooling. Sometimes you just don't have access to a fridge or want to put something in the fridge. This is very handy for the times when you just need a quick cooling or clogged ducts/sore nipples. The cooling comes quickly once you turn the fan on, and it can get ICE cold. The massager is a nice effect too.
