Plug the Hole!
Works fine. Fits in Gen 4 frame.

It works
It works like it should. Installed easy. Fit good. To install remove back strap on gen 4 and 5. Then push in the hole in the grip. Looks good. And should keep dirt out. If you have to use or want to use a gun lanyard you will have to remove it.

Great Little, Inexpensive G22, Gen4 Accessory
This insert is to fill the opening at the bottom of the grip just behind the magazine well of a Gen 4 Glock G17, G22 and G31. It takes a minute to figure out how this insert fits in the opening, but once visualized it's no problem. There is a clip on this insert which has a small button on it. As the clip is depressed and the insert slid into the opening the button will naturally slip into the small hole on the bottom of the back strap. This will lock the insert in place. If the alternate back straps are used this insert can remain in place without interference. If someone want to remove this insert it's easy to do. Push the small button in and put upward pressure on it and the insert can be pried out. With this insert in place the heel of the butt finally looks finished. I like this little accessory. It's inexpensive, easy to install and adds to the appearance of my G22.

Easy Install, Inexpensive, Great addition to any Glock
I bought this for my Glock 17 Gen 4. It installs in a couple seconds, fits perfectly, and leaves clearance for the Large factory backstrap I have installed, as advertised. The material is lightweight, and in your hand there is no discernible weight difference than without. The retention button keeps the plug in the frame securely; there is no wiggle or play. It is easily removable if you decide to install a weighted plug later on down the road. Some say these types of plugs are good to help guide your magazine changes. But, with a Glock magazine, you would need to be coming in at a very strange angle to snag on the cavity this plug fills. I would not consider this a "performance" upgrade to your Glock, but it is handy in keeping your weapon free of dust and debris associated with daily carry. Inexpensive... does what it's supposed to... put them on all your Glock and forget about them.

Easy to install. Looks good
I can’t offer much in the way of a review, because this thing is so simple and easy to use....I can say that it fit my Gen4 G22 perfectly. No issues with getting it installed, and it looks nice. It locks into place using the “lanyard” hole on the back of a Glock Gen 4 grip. Included photos of what it looks like installed both with and without a Glock magazine. ******************************* I rely heavily on reviews when I make purchases so I put some time into reviewing everything I buy on Amazon for personal or business use so I can help other people considering that item. Nice clean fit
I installed these on both a G17.5 and a G22.4. I have big hands so I use the large size OEM backstraps. Many of the other brands of plugs aren't compatible with backstraps, but these installed easily and clean up the look of the gun.

Great Glock Grip Plug
Works like a champ in my Gen 4 Glock 22. I just had to remove my back strap first in order to push this plug in and reinstall my back strap. So easy, a caveman could do it.

A-
I've read a number of reviews and I understand some of the concerns, BUT those concerns seem to have been largely addressed by Pearce. My plug came with the plastic button that fits into the hole in the rear of the Glock frame. It installed in seconds. Cosmetically, the grip plug has 3 relief areas in its perimeter to allow for fitting of the Glock grip adapters. I do not use the optional grip extensions, so the plug doesn't fully "cover" the frame hole as with prior generations. However, it functions as intended and I'm satisfied with it. My only suggestion for improvement would be a slightly better bevel on the interior side of the plug for more of a "magwell" effect.

Put this on a Glock 17 gen 4 bb gun and threw the backstraps on. Went in in seconds. Perfect fit. Thank You for a great product.

Perfect, as advertised. Fits the Gen 4 22 perfectly, and it is made of the same material and texture as the OEM Glock stock. Looks like a natural piece of the firearm- no difference in colour either.

Great price and great fit! This fills the gap nicely on the but of the Glock. Great product, snaps right into place.

Clipped into my Gen 4 G17 in a hot second. I'm pretty sure gap that exists in the stock pistol is a result of the manufacturing process rather than a design feature, and I'm not going to get into a debate as to why you should or shouldn't use a grip plug. Want to install a grip plug? Buy this one. Don't want to install a grip plug? Carry on.

Inexpensive grip plug that does the job well. Doesn't really look as much like the picture as the bottom of the plug is a little more recessed appearing whereas the listed picture looks more bulky/full appearing, but not a big deal.
