Excellent sound quality even in a very large conference room. Great value. Easy to use and connect via bluetooth. Compact size. When the device suddenly quit working after 10 months, the vendor sent out a new one with some additional instructions for use. Yes, it was a hassle to go through the process...finding the past order, finding the phone number to amazon customer service, etc. but, within a few days I had the new device in hand. Hopefully, this will not happen again or I would have to lower my rating.

my company decided it was more affordable to keep my position a work from home one. I decided to invest in this awesome speaker to maximize my productivity throughout the day. At this price point I was expecting an exceptional product and that’s exactly what I got. The sound quality is superior for conference calls and zoom meetings. It completely cuts out background Sounds. my clients can no longer hear my loud clicking keyboard as profoundly As before I upgraded. The build quality is solid. it’s in nearly constant use; at least 15 hours a day over the past 3 months and it still works as good as new! I love how versatile it is. I can plug it in to my computer and route my sounds to it as a USB speaker, it can operate completely wirelessly and I can also control my phone with it too. I can answer or hang up calls, raise and lower the volume as well. the battery life is awesome. I can get away with charging it every other day. Overall I’m extremely happy with this purchase. it came beautifully boxed as well. Totally worth the price. highly recommend it!

I have several of these in our office and they work great. I did have one that stopped powering on and after reaching out to Tongveo I was quickly given a replacement. Great product support.

This is a great speaker. I can hear loud and clear. They can hear me loud and clear. It has easy to use butting for adjustments. I can place in USB for my laptop or use as Bluetooth for my phone. Recommend!

Hello, this is the an amazing product with a wonderful support team. I will continue to do business with this reputable multi-national affordable company. This is my second conference speaker and it performs exceptionily well and is comparable to much higher priced items. I had an issue with one of the units and contacted Tongveo support. My expectation with overseas support had me questioning if I would get any help. To my suprise Tongveo was quick to respond, offered troubleshooting steps and when it was decided that the unit had a defect they sent me a brand new unit. I was so incredibly happy that Tongveo stood by there warrenty and had a new device to me quickly I strongly endorse Tongveo products and support. We got this in Feb of this year. Sound was great, and can get very loud if you need it to. No issues connecting. Everything was fine, but today it won't turn on. We used this thing about 1-2 times a month. Kinda sucks it just crapped out like that.

Excellent product. Simple set up and works great. Customer service is outstanding. Speaker stopped turning on after a year. I emailed the customer support team and had a new speaker delivered in 3 days at no cost. The 3 year warranty is a great bonus.

Now the single power pac can go into with all the other unneeded items.

I'm not a fan of speakerphones, and prefer using a Bluetooth headset when I'm on a video call, but there are numerous situations where a speakerphone is perfect, and a device like this really enhances the audio quality of the conversation. One thing I like about this speakerphone is the ability to connect either via Bluetooth or USB. We've set it up on my wife's mobile phone, but it should work as a plug-and-play device on Windows. The form factor of this speakerphone is slim, but it does take up some desk space due to the diameter. I'm not sure if this design helps it to pick up in all directions, but I can only assume that it does. There are controls on the front, as well as lights indicating the status of the device. This can be used wirelessly up to around 4-6h, which makes it great for portability, but a more permanent USB-connected setup is also an option. The voice and overall sound quality is miles ahead of what most smartphones can do, and probably better than most webcam setups, too. While we don't use this in a noisy environment, the noise cancellation does seem to work quite well, at least when compared to traditional speakerphone systems. At $139, it's not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive speakerphone system I've used. It's still a good value.

Got this conference speaker for conference meetings at my small office. It performs very well when placed on a round office table with 4 to 5 people sitting around it, but struggles a bit with picking up voices when the same number of people are sitting around a long rectangular table in another meeting room. ● The speaker sounds good with a slightly artificial bass tone (i.e. not particularly natural); although, it does not interfere with the ability to decipher the spoken words of speakers from the other end of the line. ● The device’s voice transmission to the other end also sounds very good; it’s equivalent to speaking through a headset attached close to the speaker’s head. ● The device also does a very good job at eliminating background noise; even in a meeting room in which you can hear a person speaking next door, the noise cancellation worked very well to eliminate that from the ambient background. ● However, the mic did seem to have some problem picking up a person more than 8-ft away with his natural voice level (had to elevate his voice for the device to pick up better). ● The device’s automatic voice prompt became quite annoying, especially when the Bluetooth disconnect & reconnects. There’s no option to disable it or reduce the verbosity of the prompts.

This speakerphone looks very nice and is easy to set up with lit function buttons. The rechargeable aspect is great for using it on the go. The sound is very clear both ways when using it and so far, I have no complaints of it being able to pick up voices. The one thing that does not seem to work is the speaker mute option when using it wired. Very versatile for using both in the office and when travelling. It would have been nice to have a zippered case for it for travel use.

I was looking for a while to purchase something for my work zoom meetings as I am on meetings on a regular basis at work. I was very please with how seamless the setup took. This device connects easily to my laptop without any software to be installed. The zoom application recognizes the device and it’s ready to use instantly. Very good product!
