I’ve been using this uni USB-C to HDMI Cable 4K 60Hz 6ft for a few years now, and it still works like I just bought it. The connection is stable, and the 4K output looks great with no lag or signal issues. I’ve used it for work, presentations, and watching videos, and it performs consistently every time. What stands out the most is the durability. Even after long-term use, there’s no damage or loss of quality, which is not always the case with cables. Overall, this is a very reliable and high-quality cable. I would definitely recommend it if you want something that lasts. I’ve used it with different devices and it has always worked perfectly.

I was having a hard time getting my laptop to recognize-detect my external monitor. I had an adapter that had HDMI and other ports as well as card reader which work fine when I had two monitors hooked up but not one. Every time I tried to connect it did crazy things. The laptop screen kept shrinking and going full size repeatedly. I had to pull out all the cords, blow on the connectors (google advise) the plug back in and restart several time. It was a nightmare. I looked up USB to HDMI cables then asked copilot what type was compatible with my laptop and monitor (needed model numbers) and it came back with specifics regarding quality and speed (4K/60Hz) and what type of ports where on my laptop. This on fit the bill and had lots of great review. I got it plugged it in and VOILA, it work like a charm. Couldn't be happier. Saved me sooooo much time and frustration. FYI, my laptop is a Lenovo Yoga 7i 15ITL5. Hope that is helpful.

This means that the reviews are based more on initial impressions than actual experience with the product. That said, here's the story: I was experimenting with hooking up my Vizio t.v. to my Macbook Pro because I was having problems with Internet streaming on the Vizio, even though the streaming had worked fine for a few years. I had previously bought an HDMI/C Connector cord from a local big-box home improvement store. When I hooked up the cable to t.v. and computer, it worked, but it took about 30 seconds of weird, digitized "noise" before the picture locked in, Because I had not done an HDMI/C Connector hook-up before, I figured that was a normal step for the t.v. and computer to sync up together. The audio from the computer did not play through the t.v.'s internal or external speakers, so I figured audio wasn't routed through the HDMI/C connector cable. It wasn't too long before this first cable failed, though. It took me a little while to figure out it was the cable that was the problem. I finally determined that the t.v. seemed to be working okay and the computer seemed to be fine, too. That left the cable as the suspect. I went to Amazon because of the convenience of shopping from home and the wide selection of products to choose from. Even a big-box store will probably not have a wide selection of reletively specialized products like an HDMI/C connector cable. Also, the user reviews are a big help in sorting through the many products Amazon offers. I looked at a number of of HDMI/C connector offerings and this 10' HDMI/USB cable was reasonably priced and well reviewed. The cable was promptly delivered. It appears to be robust with a thick, wiry feel. Almost too robust. I hooked it up to Vizio T.V. and to MacBook laptop and was amazed to see that the picture locked up almost immediately, without the digital noise that the original cord I had tried presented. I guess that the noise was the first indicator that the initial cord had problems. So, right out of the box, the new cord seemed to be better. Audio was still not delivered to the t.v.'s internal or external speakers. I don't know if there is some setting I have to adjust for audio, of if it is simply not delivered to the t.v. via the HDMI/USB cable. So, I give this a 5/5 based on the little experience I have with it. Like I said, the construction appears to be very robust. The wiriness of the cable makes it a little hard to straighten and route from t.v. to computer, but I'm not going to ding it a star for that, particularly if it lasts a long time. I do regret getting the 10' length. It's a little shorter than I need. I should have bought the 15' cord, but that's on me...

The uni 6-foot USB-C to HDMI cable works perfectly for my home office—supports 4K at 60Hz and is very reliable.

These cables have a woven outer cover so they are going to be very durable, however they are bit on the stiff side. They do not appear to have very good shielding. I discovered this when installed in my amateur radio station. RFI on certain frequencies was picked up by the cable and caused the screen to malfunction. Problem was resolved by wrapping the cable around a ferrite toroid, which is how I uncovered the stiffness of the cable. With the toroid in place, all issues are resolved. Cable works well for it's intended purpose, but if you are installing into an RF environment be prepared to add a choke.

Should’ve bought this a million years ago. Built super solid. Snug connections. No complaints.

Ik heb deze kabel aangeschaft om het beeld van mijn iPad Pro 2020 via mijn Denon AV receiver weer te geven op mijn televisie. Dat werkt perfect. Zowel beeld als (multikanaals!) geluid worden goed doorgestuurd en weergegeven. De kabel ondersteunt HDCP, waardoor ook content van bijvoorbeeld Netflix kan worden weergegeven als de receiver dat ondersteunt. Sommige apps sturen het signaal beeldvullend uit (zoals Netflix). Bij andere apps moet je de beeldmodus op je televisie even aanpassen om schermvullend beeld te krijgen. Deze kabel is een absolute aanrader!
