Great Brace
I really like the compression on the sleeve. I pulled my Adductors while playing kickball and had difficulty since. While wearing the "brace" it's better for me to walk faster, I have not tried to run, yet. I don't suggest sleeping with the brace on, as it may cause your leg to swell because of the compression on the upper thigh and lack of movement while laying down.

it doesn't slip down
I read reviews for many thigh compression sleeves. everyone of them has reviews that say the sleeve slips down. so, I expected this sleeve to slip down. I'm surprised that it doesn't slip down. just make sure the sleeve is tight around your thigh. I've walked and jogged with it. I've used it while reffing high school basketball games, and it has not slipped down. I've had it for about 3 weeks. I'm totally surprised and totally thankful it doesn't slip down. great neoprene material. great straps, velcro and metal rings.

Not worth the money....
Loved the brace and the style but every time I wrapped it nice and tight, as soon as I walked around it slid down my leg. If you make real tight it does not feel comfortable on your leg.

This does support the hamstring, but ...
Not that I have done this, but I imagine putting this on is like shaking hands with an octopus. The velcro straps really grab and do not come loose easily. Yes, that's both good and bad. Once you get the three starps in the right location and fastened, the sleeve works very well. It's just frustrating trying to get the darn thing on without straps getting stuck in the wrong place.

Brace can be useful, depending on your specific needs.
This brace will work I am sure, just depending on what you are doing. I played a full day of kickball in the brace and it was not for this specifically. I would have needed an athletic brace as it did not stay in place. I found myself pulling it up all day and having to re-set it a lot. I am not saying that the product is bad overall, but it was not for what I needed. I would say, if you are just walking around and need it for that, it could potentially be of use. If you are playing sports, this is not the brace for you.

Firm Compression
The wrap is amazing! It is adjustable to your size and the interior material keeps it from slipping (too much) when working out. It is by far and away better than any of the neoprene braces I have used. No matter how tightly the neoprene sleeves or wraps are adjusted, they never stay in the right place or provide proper support. This wrap allows you to go as tight as you want, and will stay in 1 place while running. It has been a game changer since I tore my quad & hamstring (both before I wore this wrap). The only thing to note is the straps themselves fray thread by thread after each wash. I do not believe it is detrimental to the product, but you will need to trim them. I wish the straps came with some type of thin edging to prevent that, but otherwise 0 complaints.

Good Cushion But Uncomfortable to the Skin
To be honest, I find it uncomfortable to the skin but decided to keep it while I am trying to find a tilting saddle chair with adjusting height. The neoprene material gives my injured thighs some cushion while sitting in my present chair. But it is unforcomfortable and even if I have loosened it, I still feel like my skin can't seem to breathe while being wrapped in it. But I am willing to put up the discomfort for the cushion/padding it gives to my thigh so I can temporarily sit in my existing chair while I am shopping for a saddle chair with adjusting height and tilting functions and a working table with adjustable height too. Would I recommend it? Honestly no.

Stabilized pulled outer hamstring muscle!
I pulled or tore an outer hamstring muscle, very painful. I waited a few days before I got this. Wish I hadn't waited. I was able to easily put this on. Right away the muscle started feeling better. I wore it most of the day for about 4 days (during the day only), now only when I'm very active. I read several reviews that said the velcro goes all over the place, sticking to everything. Really?? It's velcro! Loosen all 3 straps before putting it on. Then before putting it on, attach the velcro straps loosely so the velcro doesn't stick to everything. Put the brace on, tighten top, middle, bottom and tighten again it doesn't slip. I occasionally had to redo it. It just takes a few minutes. The label and metal rings go on outside of leg. Value for the money was great, and now I'm walking and exercising again.
