I e purchased about 3 other belts for my hernias. Having size options helps immensely. Plus once fitted, has an extra layer of support that wraps from the rear to tighten around your girth for added protection. By far THE best girth belt I’ve found. I’m not fat, just injured. None of my other belts come even close to this level of protectio, and with a better price. easily adjustable with unmatched comfort. The easiest and best product I’ve found to date.

As expected. Velcro has held up well so far. Perfect for straining or strenuous. Over all well built-would buy again if ever needed.

You can’t just order by the size listed since this product is smaller than anticipated because it’s designed to stretch to fit very snugly for maximum support which leaves no room for adjustment. We recommend ordering the larger size unless you are very small/thin. We didn’t use the rigid plastic inserts so can’t comment on that feature, although they look very sturdy. The Velcro is very strong which does make it noisy to adjust. We didn’t find it that easy to adjust, but that’s because the Velcro is so sturdy and very supportive. We recommend laying down to apply it so all of your “muscles, organs and bulges” are relaxed and in their proper position. It does seem to keep the “hernia bulge” in place. We have to return it since it’s too tight to adjust for comfort, although we do recommend if you order the right size.

This is a must buy. The fit is amazing, the velcro support is fantastic, the product does exactly what it says it will do . I had a tummy tuck and I wish I would have had this from the start. Looking at the price my expectations were not high but when I put it on I was pleasantly surprised. I am going to get another one just because. I wear it all day and sometimes at night it is well worth the money. I get nothing for my review and basically don’t do them but this product speaks volumes. The double support is and amazing addition.

I buy a lot of compression garments because of my surgeries(hernia, ripped abdominal wall repair, mini tummy tuck). So I know a good compression garment when I see one. This provides compression and such great relief on my back. It really makes a difference in posture. It curves to my back but keeps me in a comfortable correct posture position. I love that because I have bad posture. I can use this to do light exercise or physical activity because it has some stretch that moves with you but at the same time keeps the compression. That is hard to find in a compression belt. It works well, easy to take on and off. Even so, the width and strength of the Velcro is phenomenal. Plus it has a double belt for extra tightness in the waist. I am a bit curvy (5’2 and 140 pound latina) but I am 💯 liking this faja because of the curved bones that flow with my back curve. I ordered a S/M Nothing is gonna pop out of this garment… lol. Oh and when i bend down it doesn’t dig into my stomach which is a must because of my surgeries. Happy about that! I have different compression garments for different activities that I do. I like this one for being active while doing my house and patio work. My hubby tried and liked this compression belt as well. Great for men and women.

Got this belt because i have a form of dysautonomia called P.O.T.S. postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome Blood pools vessels don't constrict fast enough so I passport often. This belt is very comfortable and due to tightening around my abdomen I move blood faster so not passing out. Great quality and comfort for many uses highly recommend!!

This seems to be a well functioning abdominal binder that provides support and comfort. It would function well following a surgery if a belly binder is indicated. My concern with the product I received and the reason for giving it 3 stars is that the product came in packaging that was really suspicious for being a used and/or returned item. I've attached pics but the binder was not in the product bag and the box had scotch tape on it. Hmm. Please don't sell items as new if they are used or returned. This isn't fair to the customer.

In researching this product, I found several comments about size. The Abdominal Binder comes in 3 sizes, and an accurate Size Chart is available to help me/you decide. Before my abdominal hernia surgery, I was 36” waist. I ordered Small/Medim, even though it appeared it might be smaller than my size. My surgery was for three hernias: one large abdominal, and double inguinal hernias. What I did not consider was the swelling as a result of my abdominal surgery. Thus it was several days before I could put it on. 3 weeks after surgery I am a 38, and the Abdominal Binder is at its limit. I hope that gives you prospective buyers an insight to sizing one for yourself. Now in daily use, I like this Abdominal Binder for its features: its breathable, and even over a T-shirt it isn’t sweaty; the dual adjustment and reinforced straps allow me to provide a bit more stability without restricting my ability to bend at the waist; and the stays in the back give me needed back stability. I cannot comment on the efficacy for use as a binder for double inguinal hernia surgery, as my abdominal swelling masks those. But I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to try (pun intended). The material appears strong and well-made, and I intend to keep using it for frequent lumbar back support as long as it (or I) holds up.
