You can't get a more portable exercise device than this. It is very sturdy in construction with nice rubber covered handles. A small ring-bound laminated instruction / workout booklet is included with plenty of exercises. You can also download the booklet from the Bullworker website as a .pdf and print it out as large as you want or display it on your tablet etc. The exercises are very effective and you will be surprised at how out of breath you become and how taxing on your muscles this simple device is. A very good price too as two resistance band handles will cost you more.

The iso bow is truly a great bit of kit, gentle on the joints and tough on the muscles, if you want to be a bodybuilder go to the gym, but if you want something for a great short home workout I would definitely recommend this, you can really get a superb hard workout if you want to, using the iso bow. I know you can do the same thing using a towel or a belt, but I think the design and the price make this bit of kit well worth the purchase. I recommend you look at some online videos to get the best out it.

Good quality, and once you get the hang of it, using isometrics.Very similar to an isokinator. I use them almost every time I'm training now.

I like the ISO-bow it is better than the Classic bow and the steel bow it’s easier on the joints, easier for doing motion exercises easy to carry around And as for the isokinator which ruined my hands and thumbs, I wouldn’t give you a penny for, The ISO-bow does everything ISOKINATOR can do.

Such a small, light piece of exercise equipment, but oh so versatile. You can take it anywhere, use it almost anywhere. Suitable for isometric and iso-motion exercises. Best of all it's ridiculously cheap. Handles are very comfortable to use.

Finally arrived (before Bullworker I ordered from another company). The ISO Bars are very well made, webbing and armoured rubber handles and I don't think you could pop them if you tried. Got mine cheapest on Amazon, so I am happy with purchase - and can't wait for Bullworkers to arrive so I can combine the two mechanisums. Good buy.

Good Product but the instruction booklet is tiny! I ended up having to buy the isobow transformation book to help me with the exercises you can use this for. Other than that it's a good piece of equipment with lots of workout options. Also I use them as handles for my looped bands.
