I absolutely love the Oura ring and think it’s worth the money! 💰 I love my Apple Watch insights and use the ring as an added measure to really help me understand my energy, stress, and daily readiness. This things I pretty darn accurate. I went and donated blood one day and it was able to detect my bodies response afterward. It let me know my body was showing signs of engaged stress and I should take it easy. It gives you a readiness status based on the previous day and also your stats for today. I can say that usually when it’s telling me I should rest it’s right and when it’s telling me I am more primed to go I feel that way as well. Can’t wait to learn more about my health using it, I haven’t had it for long but I am already impressed! Also I didn’t bother ordering the sizing kit. I knew it would fit one of my fingers either the index or ring. I ordered a standard size 9. It fits my ring finger with a little space and my index finger snug. So I sleep with it on my ring finger since fingers to swell at night. It’s comfortable either way though!

I absolutely LOVE my Oura ring. It has exceeded all of my expectations. As someone who previously wore a fitness watch, I say that the ring is much more comfortable, cute, and convenient. I wear it 24/7, including overnight for sleep tracking and rarely notice it there. This is coming from someone who used to take off all my jewelry before going to bed. The only time I take it off is when I am showering and that is when I charge it! The ring is able to go in water though which makes it super convenient for swimming and life with kids.The battery life is phenomenal, meaning I don’t have to constantly worry about charging it. It’s been very accurate for monitoring my cycle as well. You can double it with natural cycles as a very accurate form of natural birth control/cycle monitoring. It’s also surprisingly stylish and sleek. If you want an overall fitness/health tracker, this is the one for you!

I purchased this ring in July, & at first I thought it was exceptional. It was easy to size, comfortable to wear, & gave me an enormous amount of data to understand what was happening in my body. But it’s now February and it will no stay charged a complete day. It also has more trouble connecting to the app than ever before. I was so excited I read all the instructions and tips, I kept it clean, charged appropriately, & it’s never seen more than typical daily wear and tear. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel, especially since I spent 6 months getting attached only to now have it fail me. I can’t help but wonder was this an intentional money grab now that the company released the portable charger? Looking for an alternative ring now- don’t waste your money & excitement like I did!

The Oura Ring 4 has been incredibly helpful, especially since I work sitting at a computer for long periods of time. I adore my Oura Ring and honestly don’t want to be without it. It’s been so helpful for tracking sleep and heart rate, and it even picked up that I was sick before I felt it, which turned out to be strep. I also loved having it during pregnancy to keep an extra eye on my health changes. It’s a bulky ring but you get used to it really fast. I forget I’m wearing it. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and I feel like it’s worth the price. The only flaw has been the battery. After about seven months, it started dying in a day instead of lasting the 5–7 days like it’s supposed to. I reached out to Oura and they sent me a replacement for free, which was great, but the warranty only carries over from your first ring purchase. For how expensive it is, I wish the battery held up better. Even with that, I’d still buy it again and again because I love the tracking capabilities.

I was skeptical to get this since I work in a rough environment, and I didn't want to damage an expensive ring. Well today I fell in a drain filled with paper pulp and my ring survived just fine. It even detected it as an activity and I burned calories trying to get out. I also love the features I guess. It is definitely a worthy investment for my health.

The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it arrived scratched and dirty. I realized I was sent a pre-used ring, not a new one. I reviewed my order again, and nowhere did it state that the ring was used. I would not have purchased it if I had known, especially since I was charged the same price as for a brand-new ring. This was extremely disappointing. I would recommend buying directly from the Oura Ring website to avoid this happening to you. Actually, regarding the ring—I have been using the Oura Ring for a while now, and I really like it. I love the insights it provides on my sleep and overall health. It helps me monitor my stress levels, so I know when I need to relax a little more on some days. I also use it in conjunction with Natural Cycles for hormone-free birth control, which is really nice. The app is nice and easy to navigate. However, the app requires a subscription to use. Although the cost is not high, it is still a bit annoying since the ring itself is quite expensive.

I hesitated for a while before investing in this gadget. And I love my Gadgets! but after doing some homework on the competition, I decided to jump for it. First, the fit and metal colour are great, I couldn't be happier, the quality and durability is insane, i do everything with it, I rarely take it off. The connectivity to my Samsung Z Fold6 was flawless, no hiccups, plus, everything you open the app, it updates in no time. so great compatibility. Now, you need to give it time to gather data about you, of course... it will not happen overnight which is quite right, but the intel you get afterwards is great. Your body age, sleep quality, energy available, your stress, it is such a great little ring. it is a lot of money for such a small device but the value for money is worth it. I highly recommend it if you are curious and want to be nudge in the right direction for better health.

I’ve had it for a month now and I can say it really keeps me on track not necessarily health and fitness but more habits and trends. I think everyone can benefit from it. It came neatly packaged and sealed 100% new and after wearing every day I definitely have a lot of small scratches (and I take it off for showering doing dishes etc) but not visible to the normal eye

Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disappointment. 1) Poor product quality (charging failure within days) By the third day of use, the ring started having serious charging problems: it either wouldn’t charge at all, or it would charge but only last about half a day. For a premium-priced health wearable, failing this quickly is unacceptable. 2) Extremely frustrating customer service (Amazon ↔ Oura blame game) Because this was a gift, the ring wasn’t opened immediately, and by the time my friend returned it to me, we had missed Amazon’s return window. That’s when the real nightmare started: Amazon support told me to contact Oura. Oura support told me to contact Amazon. No one took ownership. No repair, no replacement, no practical solution—just being bounced back and forth. 3) Brand messaging vs. reality (not user-centric in practice) Oura positions itself as a company that cares deeply about users’ health and wellbeing. But when the product fails almost immediately, and support refuses to help, that message feels hollow. Bottom line: If you’re considering an Oura Ring, especially as a gift, think twice. My ring effectively became an expensive paperweight within days, and the support process made it worse.

It takes about 90 days for Oura to fully calibrate and understand your individual baseline, so the insights get better over time. Buying the sizing kit first is a MUST—you’ll want a good fit for accuracy and comfort. Tagging activities and meals is super simple (if you remember to do it). The Rest Mode is a thoughtful feature for days when you’re sick, in pain, or recovering, though I do wish stress tracking stayed active during this mode. Battery life is solid, syncing is quick, and the ring itself is lightweight and comfortable—even with sensory sensitivities. It also integrates beautifully with Clue for cycle tracking, which adds another layer of helpful data for me. If you're managing chronic illness, neurodivergence, or just want a deeper, more holistic view of your health, I can’t recommend the Oura Ring 4 enough. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about understanding your body, honoring your limits, and supporting your wellbeing.
