I bought this to replace another machine that died. This one is so much nicer and works better with more options then my old machine that cost me over 3k 14 years ago

Seems to be a nice machine. Unfortunately two potential ways to connect water failed. The adaptor did not fit the sink connection and when connected to a garden hose outlet the adaptor tore making for significant leaks. I couldn’t find hardware to make either connection on line or in stores. The accompanying manual does not specify fitting sizes or thread counts. I liked the machine for the one gallon of water it processed. It’s a shame to have to return it over to be uncommon fitting size and a lack of information and options for connecting it. Don’t recommend buying this one unless you want a project connecting up the water.

Easy to hook up. We been using this for a couple months and nice having 2 options just filtered it super filtered

Does not produce higher than 8pH even on highest setting. Even trying to let water barely flow though (which seems to indicate the highest pH of around 11 on the machine, when actually testing the water with multiple different testers, none indicated above 8pH. Additionally little specks of black were coming out in the water, most likely from the filter having a defect.

I’m amazed at how much better my water tastes! This alkaline water machine is a fantastic addition to my home.

I love this machine! It not only gives me refreshing alkaline water but also helps my family stay healthy and hydrated.
