In a commercial setting it's light duty, in a residential setting it is medium duty.

Yes it's on the sticker on the inside of the door. Ul listed 285b and nsf with a circle around it. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more information. I have really liked this microwave. No turntable. We don't use one.
