Ring 4 - Stealth - Size 11 - Size Before You Buy

So much easier and more comfortable than a bulky smart watch. Well worth the investment in monitoring my health, especially my sleep patterns. It even monitors blood/oxygen, can detect sleep disruptions from coughing and snoring. I also like the coaching recommendations during my daily activities.

I did return the item after two weeks, since I did not like the battery life, step count accuracy , bulky, the coat quality. They did refund me only half of the payment that I made!! What a joke and scam. If you want to buy, expect no Return!!

Does more than I hoped would. I cannot wear a smart watch while sleeping when I move they (smart watches) wake me up. The Oura ring is great there sizing system is Excellent

Its a really impressive little device. I was sold when my uncle told me his predicted him getting sick accurately a few times, and I personally wanted to observe my sleep patterns more closely. It works amazingly to deliver you real metrics for how much time you spend getting quality rest based on your body's biometrics. I just wish it was more durable. I work a desk job, this was delivered to me the on 11/26 and this is being written on 12/1. Stealth finish. You can wear it in the shower or doing anything else though. Use common sense like taking it off for a workout.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how much insight it gives me about my sleep, activity, and recovery. It’s so lightweight and comfortable that I forget I’m even wearing it, and the data feels way more accurate compared to other wearables I’ve tried. The app is easy to navigate, and I love how it breaks everything down into actionable tips rather than just throwing numbers at you. The only downside I’ve noticed is that it does scratch fairly easily, so you’ll want to be mindful when working out or doing things with your hands. Still, that’s a small trade-off for everything it offers. Overall, this is easily a 5-star product for anyone serious about their health and wellness!

Excellent tracking and friendly interface

I have had Fitbit and now Google pixel watches for several years, and I wanted to try the oura ring to get a second opinion on my sleep, heart rate variability, and overall health. I wasn't no hurry and waited quite a long time for a sale that I jumped on immediately on prime day. I received my ring same day charged it immediately according to instructions, created an online account, and paired my phone while the ring was on the charger. As soon as I took the ring off the charger it dropped the Bluetooth pair, and no matter how many times I try to pair the ring again while wearing it it's simply refused to pair. I played around with it for about 3 hours and gave up. I am returning it. There is absolutely no excuse why a sophisticated piece of equipment like that ring can't even pair to my Google pixel 9 pro XL.

I've owned this Oura ring for about 9 months. The app has interesting features, particularly around sleep quality and I've enjoyed using it. Some of the messages it surfaces are cryptic, but it did alert me to changes that indicated I was getting sick and in that sense knew that I had COVID before I did. I've found it to have decent durability given how much it gets banged around and submerged, etc. My biggest issue is battery life - after only 9 months battery life is about 23 hours, which is really annoying from a charging perspective if you're busy and using it to track sleep, too.

Farbe: Stealth / Schwarz Meine Erwartungen waren hoch, als ich von der Oura Ring 3 auf die Oura Ring 4 umgestiegen bin. Mit der Oura 3 war ich über ein Jahr sehr zufrieden – besonders in Schwarz, das diskret und hochwertig wirkt. Deshalb dachte ich, dass die Stealth-Farbe der Oura 4 noch besser aussehen würde. Tatsächlich wirkt sie jedoch deutlich technischer und plastikartiger. Ich habe sie deshalb gegen die schwarze Version umgetauscht, die optisch klar hochwertiger wirkt – obwohl sie sogar günstiger ist. Auch die Tagging-Funktion habe ich anfangs intensiv genutzt, also Gründe für schlechten Schlaf markiert (spätes Essen, Stress, Training usw.). Ich habe damit aufgehört, weil es sich sinnlos anfühlt. Es sieht zwar gut in der App aus, macht die KI aber nicht wirklich intelligenter. Die Passform unterscheidet sich leicht von der Oura 3. Meine frühere US-Größe 11 passt nicht 1:1, daher ist ein Größenset vor dem Kauf wichtig. Laut Oura ist die Oura 4 ein solides Upgrade mit: 1) Verbessertem Schlaf- und Stresstracking 2) Hauttemperaturmessung 3) Optimierter KI-Readiness 4) Insgesamt stabilerer App Ein großer Kritikpunkt bleiben die SatO₂-Messungen. Sie sind in der App peinlich schlecht detailliert: Man sieht weder genaue Dips noch deren Dauer oder Zusammenhang mit Schlafphasen. Dedizierte Finger-Pulsoximeter liefern deutlich schnellere, stabilere und präzisere Daten, die eher für medizinische Überwachung geeignet sind. Oura zeigt nur einen groben Trend und kann kein klinisch präzises Messgerät ersetzen. Laut Kundendienst ist auch keine detailliertere Darstellung geplant – das war bereits bei der Oura 3 so. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist das kostenpflichtige App-Abo. Bei Konkurrenten wie Garmin ist die App kostenlos. Laut Hersteller ist sie ein echtes Upgrade gegenüber der Oura 3, und subjektiv wirkt das Schlaftracking etwas präziser. Allerdings bleiben Schwächen bei SatO₂, KI-Feedback, Abo-Modell und Tagging bestehen. Wer medizinisch präzise Daten erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein. Für Training und allgemeine Gesundheits-Trends ist der Ring jedoch weiterhin sehr hilfreich – daher kann ich ihn trotz der Kritikpunkte empfehlen.

Tracks biometrics pretty accurately. Has a premium price plus a subscription. Add to the fact that they scratch quite easily it’s not a 5 star. Comfortable to wear, much more comfortable than a watch

Todo han sido problemas desde que pasó el mes de prueba. Parece un producto beta, no paran de salirle problemas que resuelven los software a lo largo del tiempo con actualizaciones, pero nunca resulta fiable del todo. Hacerse con el servicio técnico es complicado, casi siempre acabas hablando con un bot que solo sabe decirte que lo resetees de fábrica y vuelvas a configurarlo. Para cuando consigues que alguien te haga caso te dicen que están trabajando en ello y lo arreglaran en alguna actualización futura. Por el precio que tiene y el servicio de suscripción que hay que pagar, no esperas sentirte cómo un beta tester experimentando fallos y esperando actualizaciones.
