What are the dimensions for this nut? I have a dean ml guitar and i tried ordering one and it was too short

Here are the dimensions, in inches: 1.7 x 0.2 x 0.4 inches. Just be sure not to make the "mistake" of ordering them too large, like J Fisher stated in his non-answer, because nothing is worse than installing a perfectly fitted, hand-sanded nut 🙄
