This gimbal stabiliser is very well made and works well. Once paired to the app it allows you to produce very professional videos. It comes well packaged and have had it in use for several months now and would fully recommend to others looking for this type of product. I have no idea what the company's after sales services like as I have not had cause to use it.

Excellent quality with all the features I need. The zoom could be smoother, although that could be down to me, obviously need more practice as have only used it twice. Overall a great piece of kit for the money, would recommend

Very decent gimbal, especially for the price. I love the remote to it. I can stand back and compose my image or be in it, either way. Brilliant if you can get down on the ground to line a shot up, just place the gimbal on its tripod, place on the ground and step back a bit.

Looked like it should work quite well, but the X-Y controller on mine was faulty; no pitch control at all and would only slew left to right, not right to left. In simple stabilisation tests it intermittently lost its place and required repeated resets. Product returned.

This iSteady X3 se seemed at first to be working properly, but unfortunately, I found that the pan-follow mode was not working as it should. In this mode, the phone should only move in the horizontal plane when the unit is panned horizontally. In fact, if the unit was tilted in the vertical plane, the phone also tilted, and - worse - did not tilt back again afterwards, and would therefore have to be recentred every time. This is not correct, so I am returning it. Maybe I will try the slightly more expensive X3, which also has the ability to do AI object-follow, and an extension shaft - which the X3 se does not have.

I am amazed at how good the gimbal is for steady video capture, including when walking and aking a video. I have not used the app however the functions within the gimbal and its bluetooth controller are excellent in themselves. One can rotate phone horizontal and vertical, can also flip phone around from facing you to facing 180 degrees the other way. All of these at the touc of various buttons. The phone holder is very, very strong. There's a little tripod to screw into bottom og gimbal for handsfree recording. The plastc material in the gimbal is sturdy, it is a well made product. It is also light enough in weight that you don't feel arm-ache. Play back of videos i have taken are smooth, where you DO NOT end up with a nauseating (to watch), bumpy, lag-effect video. In fact this gimbal gives you the opposite. A really,really good product. I highlt recommend.

Love the clipe design, better than DJI with the magnet clip. It also doesn't accidentally press your volume or lock buttons, and it moves smoothly, decent battery life

It came nicely packaged and and was in great shape. It feels very sturdy in your hands and works very well. There are many videos that will walk you through what there is to know and learn about how to use it. It feels very well built and durable. The only down side I see is that there aren't more printed instructions. It keepa your footage very steady and stable. It allows swithicing from landscape to portrit very easily. As well as going from filming your self to whats infront of you. Overall I 100% would buy this again and plan on buying another one soon for someone else. Definitely worth the price.
