I'm amazed! Got this after a friend told me what a grounding mat was. It arrived right before I had to leave for work so I took it with me. I'm a night shift nurse in the ER and I'm on my feet a ton, pt care, sitting to chart, hustling to critical pts ect ect. I really wanted to try it do I decided to just put it on my chair. I forgot about it really and generally around 11p/midnight my lower back achiness gets more noticeable again and I pop some Tylenol or ibuprofen or both and keep going. I realized later it was almost 2am and I didn't have any back pain! First time in years! I've had 2 back surgeries and a hip replacement, my lower back is almost always a little achy. I've had this msg for just 4 nights and I haven't had any back pain at all! I even worked the past 3 nights! The 2nd night ( or really, the morning when I got home to sleep ) I put the mat vertical on my bed and laid completely on it. I immediately noticed my whole body tingle for a few seconds. I read later some experience this so I was wow'd again! Then I slept SO well! I generally wake at least 3x a night and that's with taking a prescription sleeping aid. I woke up feeling rested and super relaxed and my mood lasted through my whole shift 🙂 Night 3 I didn't sleep well at all but I think I had too much caffeine at work. Still feeling mellow though. This is now night 4, I'm off work, and look forward to sleeping and seeing how I do. I still haven't had any back pain! I'm so happy I got this mat! I'm buying another one to take with me everywhere! 😆

Good product

We have not noticed any difference using this product. It has stained our mattress black. Poor fitting. The elastic bands used to put around the mattress to keep it in place do not do the job well, the edges just roll up.

Absolutely best purchase I’ve ever made! I sleep so much better. I will be purchasing more to travel with me!

Please know this picture showing it fitting the entire bed is miss-leading. Which has lost a few stars for me. I don’t like deception. From the picture, it appears it will fit almost like a sheet on a king size bed. However, it is just a strip of about 2 feet. It has straps that fit over the mattress. Making the bed will have a whole other step as you’re supposed to sleep directly on it. Having said that, on a positive note, I have not been able to sleep through the night in such a long time (trauma, menopause, life?). I’ve only had this for three nights and for the last two, I have not woken up through the night. Which earned it 1 star back! I don’t know if that’s psychological or for real.I’ve only had it for a few days, so we shall see. So far I’m getting great results.

Okay so I love grounding mats so I just decided why not sleep on one. It was worth it. I definitely sleep better, and I have difficulty falling asleep which is not as hard now.

I was very skeptical - I have Neurophy, and with the mat, the tingling and numbness are improving. The product itself is durable, and I would buy it again.

My husband loves it. Has helped his achey knees so much.

The first week I started noticing my pain in my feet gone so I feel more energized in the morning and I got 2 of them. Under my sheets.

I was aware it wouldn't cover the entire bed when I bought it and at first it stayed in place and we didn't even notice it; however, over a few months we now wake up with it bunched up. I really don't feel it has made much of a difference to our sleep, until lately, as it is bothersome since it won't stay in place any longer. Not my favorite purchase unfortunately as I had high hopes.

Total waste of money

When I order this mat, I was expecting a full queen size matt like the picture above. I just started using it so I can't comment of any changes of of yet. I sure hope it helps with my body pain and sleep.
