This product is awesome. I have purchased it twice. The first delivery arrived as cans in a box without any padding whatsoever. Although the product remained sealed despite dints, but that was lucky. The second delivery arrived with minimal padding that allowed the product to bang around in the box. Same problem appeared including rim damage. I'm hoping that this will not compromise the product as it is stored until use. Clearly this heavy product in cans requires sufficient padding for shipment.

This was the perfect option for repairing the cracks in the concrete in my garage. The consistency of the 2-part epoxy was very difficult to mix and spread, but I couldn't be happier with the results. First I ground out the cracks with a masonry grinding blade and cleaned them out. Then I mixed and spread the epoxy into the cracks. I probably could have scraped as much of the excess off but I didn't know if it would shrink and need another layer. It didn't shrink and I definitely wish I would have scraped the excess off before drying. After 48 hours it was hard enough to grind flat. I used a 4-1/2" double row diamond grinding wheel. Turned out great and I am more than happy with the PC 2-part epoxy for this job.

I'm refinishing the brightwork on my 1987 sail boat and needed to repair wood rot on the teak rub rail. The largest spot was 9 inches long and about 3/4 inch in the deepest spot. The mixture is very thick and it doesn't spread the easiest so application will be very rough. As the application was fairly thick it took 48 hours to cure, and I was able to sand the filler down that next weekend. I would recommend, time will tell if it holds up in the marine environment.

I have used PC-7 products for over thirty years , and this “stuff” is the best! Mixing is easy, lots of work time. You should have wax paper to place next to anything you do not want it to stick to;, absolutely need denatured alcohol to smooth and for clean up. Most important: leave repairs at least 3-5 days- then it is rock hard and can be filed and sanded smooth. I have cast iron sculpture pieces I repaired decades ago, not painted, still together. If you need white color buy PC 11. This size can is a wonderful buy over the cost of the smaller cans. Anything this company makes is amazingly good! No, I do not work for them- just a satisfied customer.

It takes some time to dry, but it is worth the wait. It stands up to heat and wear and tear very well, and it is very shapeable and paintable. Literally the best leather fire helmet repair product on the market today.
