My husband loves this i bought it for his hip pain. He has an uneven hip. He says it helps tremendously. It has so many different speeds. It's very versatile to help get to where ever the pain is located. He definitely said he could feel improvement in his hip and leg not hurting. He also was telling me how his side felt loose and not so stiff. Definitely a great machine my husband is heavy set and it held him nicely. His feet stayed firm and planted the entire time. This was a great investment and Christmas present for sure.

I just got this dropped off about 45 minutes ago. I opened the box plugged it in put batteries in the remote and away I went. First I only did 10 minutes. I wanted to test the waters ya know. And oh my goodness. Test the waters I did. My muscles are feeling it y'all. My feet are tingling. My circulation is a movin girl. The reason I got this was to not only get in some workout put also to help with the arthritis in the hips. You know how it is. When you reach a certain age. It's all down hill from there. Everything about this little machine is worth every darn penny. Buy it love it share it work it. Move your a$$ and don't wait. You don't need a lot of space for this thing. You can put it in the spare bathroom. Sturdiness? Yes in deedy. If it will hold my big butt it will hold you up. This is a great workout. Ever if you're sitting down. Just slide this under your feet and let the magic happen. I feel like I can move again. My circulation problems are over. A new me. Yay! Lol. Seriously get it. You won't regret it. It takes up no space and is a great addition to your life. At least I think so.

When I decided to invest in a vibration plate, I approached doing this with a healthy amount of skepticism. Vibration plates are the latest trend, and so I wasn’t expecting anything significant, other than pain relief in my hips. Due to limited mobility, I keep this one under my bed for easier access, as I do tend to stay in my room more often than I am downstairs with everybody else. I typically use this plate in the morning, and alternate with my moms plate from Life Pro, in the evening ( so I’m closer to the kitchen ). I don’t use any of the high settings, I keep the vibration on the lower ones - P001 and P002 ( for Life Pro the setting would be just P1 and P2 ). I’ve been using this vibration plate in particular since March 6th. I am already seeing noticeable changes. The bloating has gone down in my thighs, arms, waist, and even my face. I do have PCOS, and so I think the vibration is helping reduce the cortisol, which is allowing my body to release whatever its holding onto. My knee ( which has swelled in the past multiple times ) has not swelled at all. Using the plate has definitely made me pee more, as I do make it a point to hydrate before and after use. I was originally going to purchase a smaller version of this plate, but decided to get the bigger one so I have more room. I have small feet, and my stability when standing ( without my leg braces especially ) is not always stable, so being able to shift around on it while holding onto something was a big factor in my decision making. That and the fact that it is pink, lol. If you want to support your lymphatic system, I would highly recommend investing. I would also say that if you want to see significant changes, then incorporate this into a pre-existing workout routine ( for example, I like to incorporate my pink plate as a warm-up before I go rolling on the trail in my wheelchair ), and be willing to actively make the necessary lifestyle changes to further improve your wellness - diet, sleep, etc. This is a good quality plate, it is easy to move around, and I would recommend this. I included a photo of my foot on the plate right after use, so everyone gets a good idea about the size.

Product is easy to use, it supports my weight easily, and I’ve not had any issues with the functionality. I use it 2x a day and can feel the difference from using it. I like the flexibility for setting speed & timing. I have issues with plantar fasciitis, so my feet ache somewhat after ten minutes, but it subsides with a little TLC.

The accessories are great quality and this vibration plate is very effective. A wonderful investment for your health!

Wow . This plate is amazing ! It works so great even on the regular starter level . It bloat circulation in the legs . My legs have slimmed down already and they feel lighter as well after incorporating this into my daily routine. My legs itched the first week (kinda like runners itch..if you know YOU KNOW) 😹 but the body adjusted quickly. The plate is huge too . I can sit on it completely & theres still space leftover .
