Normally, I do not write product reviews on Amazon. However, when I do, it is because the product either exceeded or did not meet my expectations. This review is intended to help prospective buyers make more informed decisions before purchasing. Before sharing my experience, I would like to mention that I have hypothyroidism (not on medication), with my levels typically ranging between 7–8. I have chosen to manage this condition through a low glycemic diet and consistent exercise, including cardio (walking, treadmill, elliptical) and strength training (dumbbells). No matter how long it takes, I am confident and determined in this approach. Due to hypothyroidism, I have experienced sparse hair growth, brittle nails, weight gain, and other related symptoms. However, this product has been helping improve the hair and nail aspects. When purchasing Force Factor Hair Growth Accelerator Soft Chews, I began noticing results within 3–4 weeks. My hair appeared thicker in areas where it was previously sparse. By week 5, I also noticed eyebrow growth in areas where hair had been minimal or nonexistent. Additionally, my eyelashes became thicker and more abundant, even appearing longer when applying mascara compared to before. My nails are also growing faster and feel noticeably stronger. Another positive aspect of this product is its taste. The chews taste similar to a Starburst candy—sweet and tangy—which makes them enjoyable to take. However, they can be a bit addictive, as you may feel tempted to eat more than the recommended two pieces per day. Overall, I highly recommend this product. Although it is somewhat pricey, I believe it is worth every penny.

Not only is the taste great but I am already having true results! My hair is shiner and fuller, I have way less shedding, like almost none now and it’s growing a lot faster than it has in years. As an aging woman I was looking for something that could help but was skeptical having tried so many products with no results. So my husband was sneaking a couple thinking they were candy because they taste so good. The people writing negative reviews have not given this a long enough chance. I’ve been on it for 6 months and the stuff is incredible. It’s like a sweet treat, but in a vitamin form. Not only does it taste good it actually works! My hair is growing in fuller, I’m seeing less shedding and it’s growing a lot faster than normal. The bonus is my eyelashes and nails growing in fast and thick also.

I was in my 2nd month of these chews when I realized that THEY must be the reason I was getting skin erruptions and itching. I looked up the side effects from Biotin w/Lustriva... Yep, it seems I'm allergic to the combination. I also read that the recommended daily adequate intake of biotin is 30 micrograms (mcg). I looked on the package and it says it has 10,000mcg per dose (2 chews), but I've also read that EACH chew has 10,000mcg, making 2 chews a total of 20,000mcg per dose...so not sure which it is...but that's a LOT! Since biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, excess amounts are flushed out of the body through urine, and there is no established upper limit. Overdose is rare, and high doses typically do not cause harm. But, the biotin in these chews also contain Lustriva. While allergic reactions to biotin are rare, Lustriva-related allergic reactions can include symptoms like hives, skin rash, itching, and swelling, particularly of the face, lips, or throat. Severe reactions like difficulty breathing or anaphylaxis require immediate medical attention. If you experience any allergic symptoms after taking Lustriva, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Signs of an allergic reaction are... Skin: Hives, redness, itching, or a rash Swelling: Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat Breathing: Difficulty breathing, wheezing, or tightness in the chest or throat Other: Unusual hoarseness or feeling of tightness in the throat What to do... Stop taking Lustriva: Immediately stop using the product if you experience any allergic symptoms. Sooo, I think the culprit is the Lustriva... So, I won't be taking anymore of these! They DO taste good, and if you let then sit in your mouth for bit to warm up, they're easier to chew (some people claimed they were too hard to chew). If they work for you, great! I wish I could take these, but I will leave them alone. Biotin seems to be ok, as I've been using another brand with just biotin, of gummies for hair, skin & nails... I've had no problems for the last year...until I started on these chews. Just look out for any changes after starting on these.
