Drawback - They are a little larger than usual dumbbells. That is the only thing not ideal as certain exercises involve a certain angle or closer proximity to the body that these do not facilitate easily. They work just fine for most of my routine. See the pic comparing these with the full 55 weight next to my 45lb standard dumbbell. You may want to keep your 15lb and 20lb dumbbell sets around for certain exercises. Other than that, they are solid, have a thick handle for better grip strength, and have well-thought out cradles with hand holds to move them. Dialing the weight is super easy and smooth. They are all around my favorite pieces of gym equipment. Wish I had bought these sooner.

I have used these for many workouts now, I was afraid for a while about them falling apart over my head but they are stable and great! The grips are grippy and the weight increments are convenient. No issues at all and they are great for a compact setup. Since you can workout most of the upper body with these it saves me the headache of buying even more stuff.

So far I really like these dumbbells. Changing the weight setting is really easy and they are easy to lift out and put back. I was a bit nervous about how safe the weights would be, but it seems solidly put together and don’t fear the weights coming off during use. My only criticism is with the opening at the top of the weights the balance is a bit off and sometimes the weights seem to want to ‘slide’ or adjust due to the minor imbalance, but it’s not really a bother even when using all 25 pounds. I take the convenience over the slight off balance feel. Would recommend for anyone interested in a flexible weight training option.

They seem to be well made and decent value. They will get the job done. I just have two things I wish were different. 1) They are not compact, which can make some lifts a challenge because of the bulk. 2) This is my fault for not checking further, but they only go up or down 10lbs at a time. So if you're doing curls at 35lbs, the only next step is 45lbs.

These are great for workouts, especially if you are a beginner. They easily adjust with the handle from 5, 10. 15 and 20#'s. They seem durable and the handle is non slip grip. Great price point, and the quality seems well made. I will get a lot of use out these until I work my way up to the heavier set. It comes with a booklet with an eating plan and a poster for recommended workout.

These weights are well made, easy to switch the amount of the weight. Also, they take up less space than a rack of traditional weights.

Love these dumb bells! Easy to use and have made my home workouts so much more effective. The weight increments are great for me as a female. And they are easy enough to travel with (if you are driving). Even gave the same set as a Christmas present. Seller was great to work with...responsive and helpful!

This set is much simpler than others i’ve used. That it comes to onky 25 lbs is a benefit, since too many of us use too heavy barbells. If you need more weight, add to your reps.

One small thing: 25 lbs is not that much. At least if you're a grown man. But that's on me. Still good for a lot of exercise, and just great for warm-ups, that's where this rotating design really comes in handy.
