Great customer services and original product quality
The product was delivered on time, great quality, however it was one size larger. We contacted the customer services, double checked that we could exchange it to a smaller one by the SoftMoc store. No issues by the store, got a refund for this one larger size and bought the smaller one since we’ve chosen another colour. Great product quality and customer services!

Good Quality, Warm And Comfy, Stylish.
I ordered these for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves them, they were packaged properly and delivered right on time, they look great and seem very well made, the materials used to create seem of good and strong quality, the colors are rich and vibrant, and they were the perfect fit, based on first impressions I am tempted to guess they are durable, they are pretty warm so best to use during winter, my daughter loves their comfort, their Thickness and stylish they are.
