hba1c down from 8.6 --> 5.6 in four months
I don't write reviews, but I had to this time. I bought this atta for my father after he took the hba1c test. His results came out to be at 8.6 (normal: 4.8 - 5.6, prediabetic: 5.7 - 7.0, diabetic: 7.1 & above). Upon doctor's advice, we stopped eating sweets, rice, potatoes, maida, etc. (there were some occasional rice eating lets say once a fortnight maybe). In addition, I bought this atta after a lot of research. When he took his second test after four months, the result of 5.6 was shockingly great. It even surprised the doctor. I highly recommend this atta.
