Excellent feel and fantastic configuration options.
This is an excellent keyboard. I bought it as a relatively cheap second keyboard but I actually prefer the typing experience to my Logitech G515 which cost nearly three times as much. The build quality is fine but cheap-feeling, however you never notice unless you pick the thing up - the actual keys feel fantastic. I got the brown switch variant - they don't make much noise, but what they do make sounds lovely. The icing on the cake is the Keychron Launcher which you use to configure it - a simple website that has immediate effect. Nothing to install, unlike the Logitech which requires a massive piece of bloatware which I refuse to install.I'm seriously thinking of selling the Logitech and buying a more up-market Keychron as my primary keyboard!

quality
great quality, smooth & very comfortable because it has a Gasket Mount, and it's fairly cheap regarding this cost much much less than my Logitech board (which has software issues!) and overall it's significantly betterThank You !

Great keyboard, nice tactile feel while staying quiet
The quality of the keyboard shows in both look and feel of the keyboard, it's not bright and flashy and it doesn't need to be.I got this since people complained about how loud my old mechanical keyboard was on phone calls and haven't had any complaints since. The keys are quiet when typing normally, but it's quite easy to type silently without being too much effort to be really slow/careful.It's got a good weight to it and the feet are sturdy, so it doesn't move unless you want it to.The cable can also be detached at the keyboard end which made cable management much easier when first setting it up.The cable isn't as long as I'd have liked, but I haven't had any issues with the length so far.

No mechanical 'click' to the keys but a nice sound and action.
Pretty good. No mechanical 'click' to the keys but a nice sound and action. Keyboard bed is a little springy on the corners, especially bottom left hence 4 stars, but a delightful keyboard to use. Would defo recommend and great price for this level of quality.

Bad Product, Bad Customer Service.
The first disappointment came when I saw it was fitted with a USB-A lead. In 2025?!? This meant I couldn't use my new Mac and had to order an adapter before I could use it.Then found faulty keys on my keyboard.ZERO customer support from Keychron. Had to chase them up on social media and thought their contact page but just got fobbed off both times.Really bad customer service, so returned keyboard and replaced with Royal Kludge, which is far superior.
