Fairly easy set up just takes a little elbow grease play around with it to adjust to your body and needs and that’s that feels like back is being stretched without any extra pain, definitely a great price. This has a very sturdy build I let a bigger family member try it and it didn’t budge. Overall the design is great and has helped improve my posture

Works as advertised and seems to really help my aching back due to stenosis and moderate scoliosis. Am trying to avoid surgery. Eases the pain but need to use 3 x a day for best results. Have only been using for 5 days but hoping it works more steadily as time passes. Definitely would recommend.

The MINOLL Back Stretcher is a good product overall — it definitely helps relieve lower back tension and gives a nice stretch after sitting for long hours. It’s easy to assemble and use, and I do feel relief when using it regularly. However, the center cushion is a bit flimsy and tends to move out of place during use. I have to adjust or fix it almost every time, which can be a little annoying. If the cushion were sturdier or attached more firmly, this would be an excellent product. I read a review saying this is amazing after the first few days. It’s been about a week and I agree the first few days hurt when you use this, but you should expect that as you are stretching muscles you may not normally. This is sturdy, and a little flexible. I love the 3 options for curve ( I’m still on the lowest). I can feel it stretching muscles and my back pain is less. I think regular use will help me more. I would recommend this.

DO NOT BUT THIS! The design is horrible, the thing is so stiff you can’t even put it together! It’s impossible, my husband hurt himself trying to bend the piece into place. On top of it, the instructions say “secure case against knee” as if that would help jam this thing into the right spot. I felt like I was going crazy reading how amazing this product is yet no one seemed to grasp the boarderline impossible way of putting it together. Save your money, and just use an arm rest of your couch to help stretch.

This product is amazing! I have been struggling with back issues for a long time, chiropractors, massage therapists the works. I used this on my bed because getting off the floor is difficult for me and I wasn't sure if it would work being on a softer surface. The first time I used this I used level 2 ( there are 3 adjustable settings which is great also because I don't think I could have tolerated 3 starting out. My back and shoulder popped after stretching for a couple of minutes and the tension released in my lower back. Quality is good and it's strong enough to hold me up at 230 plus pounds and small enough to take with me when I travel. The blood rushed to my head so I had to get up slowly. Relief finally ! It is cheaper than a chiropractor and I don't have to wait for an appointment. Totally recommend this product.
