Why did you pick this product vs others?: These are a great natural alternative for constipation. The cost is very low considering how long they last. They are very very effective for treating IBS-C and other issues that cause constipation. I only take them occasionally but they are very good!

This is a great natural laxative. Sometimes eating to much protein and not enough vegetables or fiber can call for a challenging bathroom experience. I use these to uncomplicate that situation. I take one at night and by morning I can comfortably use the restroom.
