After years and years of using every product under the sun, inclusive of doctors prescriptions, this product worked. yes it did sting, but nothing to write home about, and it only stang for the first few applications, then it just feels cold. If i feel its returning again. I just apply a spray and the ithcing stops and its gone again.Highly recommended, lasts for ages..

Every now and again I get jock itch in my groin and on my balls, especially when I go running in the summer. It is the itchiest thing in the world and is miserable to have. Over the last two years I have been experimenting with all sorts of treatments. I've tried barrier creams in the hopes they would keep the sweat from my skin. I've tried all sorts of medicated soaps, anti bacterial, anti fungal and I've gone through all of the athletes foot sprays and creams.The only two things that would shift it were Scholl athletes foot spray (which burned like my balls had been napalmed) and the tiny little bottle of lamisil once. Both took ages to work. I took a gamble on this and it was instant relief. Yes there was some mild burning but nothing like the Scholl. There are some herbs in there like minty menthol that soothes the itch and after about three or four days the redness and infection has gone. I washed my groin and balls twice a day and gave them a generous spraying with this stuff and I am well happy with the results. Now I'm infection free I'll probably spray this on every few days or once a week especially in summer. Give it a go boys and girls and fingers crossed it will sort your itchy fannies and balls out too.

I had high hopes for the Hermon Jock Itch Spray, but unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. Not only did it not help with the itch or rash, it actually seemed to make things worse after a few days of use. The spray stings mildly when applied — not unbearable, but definitely uncomfortable, especially on irritated skin. Despite using it consistently as directed, the itching persisted and the area became even more inflamed. I ended up having to switch to another product, which thankfully worked. Would not recommend this one — felt like a waste of money and time. Thankfully I was able to return for a full refund.

This stuff is magic literally follow the instructions, I’ve been dealing with bad skin problems in the groin area I tried a lot of different things nothing was working for the last 3 years I’ve put up with it after doing some extensive research I came across this and let me say it’s strong on the first few sprays but you will get used to it and you will not regret seeing it through, my skin is now healthy and back to normal no more itch no more dry skin no more cuts overall the best solution!

Absolutely fantastic, does not burn, there's only a slight tingle. I've tried several products and none work. This worked on the first application. I would strongly recommend. Don't waste your money on other products. It feels so good to be itch free. Hermon jock itch is my greatest discovery of 2025.

This product absolutely worked for me, its been quite a changer compared to similar products and other medicines with creams (Which I found hard to properly use or 'dose') as I found the spray function much easier to work with, just spray and work it into the skin.I do think £20 is quite a steep ask for this product, but it worked and had a quick turnaround, so really i can't complain too much, as that is the main point for me, its one of those "What's the price you'll pay to fix the issue asap?" things, and considering its taking a long time to get appointments, and other products i've used generally take a long time for effective treatments even after the issue has gone, I won't scoff at going to these sorts of products to help me.Now there IS a burning sensation, i can't speak for everyone, as I think it wildly depends person to person given the reviews, for some, they had zero issues, for others, its like pouring salt onto open wounds, as for me, there was some bits of burning INITIALLY, I won't lie it was bloody uncomfortable for the first couple of days, and especially didn't feel great when i had used it after a shower cause it just felt much worse where all I wanted to do was tear into the skin or rub it with something abrasive just to feel something other than the burning, but after each use and each day, it did get easier and easier to work with, the burning did subside to the point where it was very minimal, if i even felt it at all, and even after having showers it was a lot more manageable. And really in just around a week or less, I feel like the issues I had have pretty much vanished, or at the very, my quality of life in the groin department has improved ten-fold that i don't even notice any issues.I personally did find it quite a relief to use, as it did mitigate the desires to scratch the intense itching and also help my skin repair from the intense itching, it WASN'T instantaneous, but it worked within a few minutes and really i can't scoff at that when it helps my skin repair.All-in-all... If you're desperate, you're willing to put up with the potential burning sensations, and don't mind shelling a bit... This might work (I say might, cause... Hell, I ain't a doctor, and you can see the other reviews, other people claim this was so unbearable and it didn't work, and for others it did, I've said it how it was, it worked, it did burn, but the persistence paid off in my case. I can only hope for you that it works too)I gave it 4 stars cause of the price really, don't get me wrong, for me it was insanely helpful, even if I was agonised for periods at a time with the burning. But yikes, £20. + Delivery fees (Or y'know, if you're using prime, i mean that's still £9 a month)
