I'm disappointed!
Update: So, I returned the vacuum and got a refund. Then a couple weeks later they reached out to us, wanting to send us a replacement. We explained that we had already returned it and gotten a refund, but they still wanted to give a replacement. We were pretty surprised by that! I'm sure they wanted me to update the review, and you know what, I'm happy to! I waited several months, because I was kinda expecting it to stop functioning as well, or at all, but it has been great!! I have it scheduled for every night, and it pretty much completely keeps up with our family of 3 adults and 3 kids, as well as all the company and extra kids we have over all the time. Every now and then I sweep to get in corners, but this thing does the heavy lifting of all the floor cleaning in our house! I barely do anything except refill the water! I'm so thankful for it. I think we'll be purchasing one as a gift. I've been holding off on that until we saw if this replacement was good, but I'm confident the first one we got was just a dud. We're super happy with it! Great customer service! Old review: At first it felt like magic. That lasted about a week. From the very first day I got errors saying the dust collection couldn't be done successfully because it was clogged. Every single time I checked the robot and the base both thoroughly and they weren't clogged, and it always seemed like it emptied the dust just fine. That's workable, so I wasn't too worried. Then I started realized it had stopped the scheduled nightly cleanings after about the first week! I just checked that it's on the schedule and it's still there. Tonight I told it to clean a specific room and it couldn't find "the specified area" over and over. It kept getting lost, told me charging was unsuccessful when it wasn't even back at the base, etc etc. Error after error. It won't clean at all right now. I'm so disappointed. I've been looking forward to getting one for a couple years, and with 3 small kids it was going to be such a help. The actual function of it was great. It cleaned well and was magical for a whole week.

Needs zero stars, poor mopping feature, disappointed hair wrap and hole made in carpet.
Update - Definitely going to send it back, for the second time the vacuum lost contact with the unit to charge while it was a room away from the charger. The app displayed vacuum couldn't locate the charger to clean the charger connections. I had just done this the run before when the app displayed the same message, and the vacuum was not even in the room with the charger either time when it stopped. Today as I am placing the unit on the charger, while up away from the floor, the brushes suddenly started rotating and hurt my finger. Update- Used the mopping feature for the first time on the bathroom tile floor and this caused me to update my review to one star. I am definitely considering return as I needed this system to do both vacuum and mop. The mopping feature in the bathroom did a very poor job on the tile and doesn't even begin to compare with another brand of mopping robot that I have that has two mopping pads that work in a circular motion and extends beyond the edges of the machine. I so much wanted to like this system, but the daily use has been disappointing. Hair wrap is still also very disappointing. I love the fact that the system is easy to empty, and I can visually see when the system needs to be emptied but the mopping feature and the vacuum roller needs reengineered. Update- The ledge Detection needs some improvements. I was downstairs while the vacuum was working upstairs. The upstairs is carpeted to include the stairs has carpet. When I returned upstairs the vac was hanging off the landing above the top step with one of the wheels running on a continuous basis. After I moved the vacuum back onto the floor I noticed that the continuous rolling of the wheel had made a hole in the carpet. This is going to be an expensive fix to repair as the carpet on the stairs matches the carpet in the upstairs so my guess to fix this issue it will take approximately 1,600 sq feet of carpet plus installation. I have updated my rating to 2 out of 5 stars due to the damage to my carpet. Previous review follows: I very much like this vacuum and the app that I can control the vac. I have only used it for about 4 days. The app is much easier to connect than other brands of robot vacuums that I own. I have not tried the mopping feature yet. I have long hair and lose a lot of hair daily. The hair becomes wrapped very tightly around the brush roller. Thankfully the company includes a tool that is very helpful in removing hair wrap. Even with using the tool it took me 45 minutes to remove the hair wrapped around the roller so for me the design of the roller needs some improvements as I have other brands that the hair doesn’t become wrapped around the roller. This vacuum is much quieter than another robot vacuum that I own. Normal conversation can be had while it is running to include when it empties. I very much like the bagless design that I can see how much debris is in the container and the feature to empty is very easy to operate. I own another brand that emptying the dust and debris cup isn’t near as easy and it’s black so I can’t tell when it needs to be emptied. If the brush roller had a better tangle free design I would rate this vacuum as I see it today at 5 stars. The company sent the vacuum on time and it arrived as expected. After I use the mopping feature I plan to update my review.

2in1 robot vacuum!!!!
I have been using this Eureka Robot vacuum for almost a month now and i really like it. It had made mopping and vacuum so easy. I usually don’t vacuum on daily basis but ever since I bought the vacuum is set it to vacuum daily at night time which have made my kitchen floor look clean and shiny when I wake up. It came with a detailed manual which is easy to follow along and set the vacuum to my liking. It does have App that I installed which is great when I am in my bed or outside to just turn it on before guest come to my house. The suction of this robot vacuum is very impressive. I have 2 cats in the house with long hair and it suctions everything. My main concern was if it will clean and suction the hair of my pets and I was very happy when it did and it works like my Dyson vacuum does. It has the mapping system when I can set where the carpet is and where the hardwood floor is and works well and doesn’t make my carpet wet at all. My floors don’t usually get too dirty but the mopping system work good and I don’t see any foot prints on the floor. I have stairs in my house and it detects with it’s sensors which is amazing because I was worried that it would fall of the stairs. After the vacuum working daily I only have to empty it every 2 weeks which has made it so easy for me. Overall, I am very happy using this Eureka robot vacuum and not having to worry about emptying out trash, mopping, charging it, and so much more. It comes with great features that made my house cleaning process easy.

Awesome Robot Vacuum, Perfect for Pet Owners!
Hey everyone, I’ve been using this robot vacuum for about ten days now, and I’ve got to say, I’m really impressed! As a 30-year-old guy with a busy schedule, I love that this thing takes the hassle out of cleaning, especially with my two dogs shedding all over the place. The setup was super easy, and the app control is a game-changer—I can schedule it to run while I’m at work or even watch it navigate via the LiDAR feature. The suction power is impressive; it picks up pet hair, dust, and even small debris from my hardwood floors like a champ. Since I live in a two-story house, I was initially worried about it tumbling down the stairs, but the cliff sensors work perfectly. I’ve been using it on the second floor without any issues—it stops right at the edge every time, which gives me peace of mind. The mopping function is a nice bonus too; it handles light spills and keeps the floors looking fresh. The bagless self-emptying station is a lifesaver—I only need to empty it every couple of weeks, and it holds up to 45 days’ worth of dirt, which is perfect for someone like me who hates dealing with trash too often. The anti-hair-tangling brush is a great feature, though I’ve noticed a little hair wrap around it after a few runs—probably because my dogs are in peak shedding season! I’ve been manually clearing it out, but I’m still figuring out the best way to prevent that completely. Overall, the rating feels spot on. For the price and convenience, I’d totally recommend this to anyone with pets or a multi-level home. It’s definitely worth it!

Great vacuum but may have problems with battery replacement
This is a terrific vacuum. We have owned it for a year and a half and it would clean the whole house, avoiding potential hang-ups, doing carpets and throw rugs, and returning to dump. Recently, it no longer does the whole house because the battery has weakened. It just stops and has to be put back on the charger. The OEM battery is no longer manufactured, and third-party replacements are problematic as they may not recharge on the station. I've noticed that a new version of the battery advertised as compatible with the E10s no longer lists it.

Cheap short term, Expensive long term
it worked perfect for 3 months, then one of the side brush motors stopped working. 3 months later the mop function stopped working. 3 months later the second side brush stopped working. Last week, the wheels started "slipping" with no out of the ordinary resistance. The app was pretty well made and easy to use, but this doesnt seem like a good long term solution. If it makes sense to throw this out and replace it once a year for you, then go for it. but im gonna look into roborock now for a replacement. maybe spending more money is worth it long term

Perfect for dog owners!
If you have a dog, it’s a game changer! It’s great on picking up pet hair from my big chocolate lab. It’s easy to direct. It self empties. It’s bagless. It mops. It has good suction. What’s not to like? My house has an open floor plan, so I usually just run it to clean zones. (Using the app, I set up the rectangular cleaning area, the “zone”, rather than “the living room”, “kitchen” , or whole house, etc.). That way I make sure it doesn’t fill up with too much dog hair before going back to its base to self empty. SEE UPDATE BELOW. The first time I tried cleaning the whole house and the bin filled with dog hair. It doesn’t know to self empty when the bin is full (I wish it did), but since I can easily run it in zones, that’s not a problem. Also, I’m sure that the first time I ran it there was a lot more dog hair on the floor than now. The mop function works well enough to get dog drool spots off my laminate flooring. You still have to wipe up muddy paw prints. I love that it’s bagless. I usually empty the container after a few cleanings. It’s so easy. You just push a button while holding it over a trash can and it’s done. It’s amazing, and a bit disgusting, to see how much stuff it’s vacuumed up. The app is easy to use, and I’m not at all techy. The vac is great at avoiding dog toys and other things that might get in its way. I’m amazed how it maneuvers around furniture legs. It’s kind of fun to watch as it scurries back to its base when it’s done. (I’m easily amused sometimes). Bottom line, I think you’ll like it especially if you need to pick up dog hair. I like it so much, I bought one for my daughter who has three big dogs. It also does a good on my bedrooms which have carpeting. You can adjust the suction and so it pulls nicely. Again, when you empty the container, you’ll see how well it cleans. UPDATE: My daughter showed me how to use “Smart Dust Collection”. Apparently, the vacuum DOES know when to self empty! Go to Settings to activate.

Complete and utter disaster
So, day 1, got this thing inside, got it unpacked. Utter and complete disaster. Here's how: Firstly, this thing wastes SO MUCH cardboard and packing material, it's not funny. Including the Amazon box, there were 5 boxes total. The vacuum, the stand, the accessories, and the outer box. each of these is tightly packed, making it a nightmare to get out for this old man with arthritis, carpal tunnel and degenerative muscle disease. Once I DID get it out of there, I set it on the floor, went to plug it in, and realized the cord was too short. Wonderful. Okay, new plan, new spot. Got it plugged in, assembled it (who has to assemble a vacuum) and let it sit a few hours to charge Before starting my run, I tried to fill the water bucket (partially, of course). Whatever individual designed that "cap" needs to be fired immediately. The "cap" sunk into the bucket itself, and took a great deal of prying to get it out. Come on. NEVER use 'rubber' when dealing with the top of something like this. Good Lord. Once charged, I started mapping like you're supposed to. That's when the madness happened. This thing, quite literally eats cords. No house, I mean NO HOUSE is 'cord free', so, this is going to be a problem for anyone. Rather than see the cord, try to not suck it up, it literally tries to run over it multiple times!! Of course, after eating the cord in one of the side wheels, the device couldn't move. Wonderful. So, I had to flip it over onto its front, try to get the bottom off so I could get the cord out of the wheel . Talk about a NIGHTMARE. I mean come on, use one standard screw size, not 5. I couldn't even GET two of them off because Eureka made the two closest to the mop sponges different. Call up Eureka support. Were they "supportive"? Were they "helpful"? Yeah, they're about as "supportive" as expected from 3rd world country support. Clueless as all get out. If it isn't in the manual, they won't help, period. No actual real life experience with the product they're "supporting" Gave up, took a nap, woke up and gave it another shot. Finally got the wheel to release the cord. Still on the fence as to whether this is a keeper or not. The bin is nice, haven't tried the mopping feature, but reviews aren't great on that yet either. Will have to take the wait and see approach, let it 'exist' for a couple days before I make a final decision, see how much intervention I have to actually bring. I'm no stranger to robot vacs. Had 2 Shark, 1 iRobot over the past few years. Each had their own issues, but they at least lasted a while before showing up something this horrible. Two weeks in , this thing is going back . Sadly, because of Amazon’s policies, consumers are penalized for returning items The cord issues are just insurmountable even WITH cord protectors in the floor? This thing is a mess . It literally picks nothing up , just kills the cords and covers Brush and hair ? A daily struggle with this thing Scheduled cleaning ? Forget about it . It’s a mess Who knows where I’ll go after this, but never another eureka vacuum , ever Edit: 'Customer Service' mailed me after this review, an anonymous individual wanting my private information so they could share with their 'partners' (who else, who knows) in order to exchange the product. I'm sorry, but that's just a horrible way to do business. Firstly, hiding behind pseudonyms , but then having the audacity to demand my private information ... This company is a joke
