Don't heat it too long, as it does heat pretty quickly.
These do work pretty well. Both cold and hot!

Easy to use because of the holder and the gel bends, so there is overall coverage that's even.

Excellent gel ice pack for small body areas
It's a good size and I like the material sleeve for it… The gel ice pack freezes as well and I use it on my knee. It's a very good product. I don't see any issue with it. It's also lightweight compared to other gel packs I've used before.

Work really well
These are excellent. Have used for both hot and cold several times now with no issues; I have found them very malleable which makes them easier to use than another i had that was a bit too stiff. Do not burn yourself.
