Garlic tablets
I have started taking 4 tablets daily as an alternative to antibiotics. It’s only been a few days and cannot tell if it’s working yet. These are easy to swallow and the size is good. Slight taste and smell of garlic when consuming it.

Allicin against fungus in nails!! It does really work!
I have used this product to remove fungus from my nails and it works like a charm. I get one of the capsules, wet my finger, and then put a bit of the powder over the nail and then I put one extra drop of water so that it becomes a small thick paste and then I let it to dry. The paste becomes hard and it stays intact unless you get your nails wet again. I do it more or less about once a day and after one month (this is more or less the time that it takes for the nail to grow long enough so that whatever area that your had with fungus before you started the treatment is removed when cutting your nails) your nail is totally healthy. It is a cheap and easy solution. They only downside is that your nail stinks like garlic, but you can do it whenever you are home after work. I haven't really tested this product against colds so I can't comment on this.
