Q: Why are the directions on the package (in the picture) not english? i want to order from amazon for free shipping but i am worried about the package.

This was due to another supplier adding random pictures that Amazon will not allow us to take down. We have been working with Amazon diligently in trying to remove all product images related to the old white or purple bottles as well as any incorrect images such as the one you mentioned. It takes quite some time and effort to get them to remove these images, unfortunately. We're very sorry for the confusion this caused you.

Q: Some of the packaging suggests the products are kosher or halal. I'm not seeing that indicated on some, did they stop kosher and halal certification?

Please disregard the answer about the proprietary blend this was the answer to someone else's question that was posted here by mistake. In reference to your question yes all of the new bags do indicate on the front that they are Kosher and Halal.

Kosher food is any food or beverage that Jewish dietary laws allow a person to eat. Syntrax Matrix is prepared so that it passes all dietary laws that govern a kosher diet. As per dairy, the Jewish Dietary law states that: “All dairy products, like milk, butter, yogurt, and cheese, must come from a kosher animal. All ingredients and equipment used to produce it have to be kosher, too.” Our products all contain protein derived from rBST-Free, grass-fed cows. The equipment used to manufacture Matrix also conforms to Jewish dietary laws as well as every ingredient used in the manufacturing process.

Q: Is there a difference between the Nectar brand to the Matrix brand? Thank you :o)

Matrix is sustained release which means it will keep you feeling full for longer. It does have a higher calorie and carbohydrate count than than Nectar. Nectar is preferred by many diabetic and bariatric patients as it is formulated for easy digestion without high calories or carbohydrates. I hope this information helps!
