Accurate at close range.
Was going to test it on my wife, but... Tested one against a tree out back, from about 15 feet. Shot out like a rocket, was accurate, and even getting close it was causing discomfort.

Tough to review something like this that you hope you won't have to actually use, but as far as the design and form factor I think it's solid and a good value. Easy to carry, nice and small to slip in a bag. The safety tab has done it's job for months in a busy backpack so far without issue.
