All in one?
The advertisement clearly states that this printer is an all-in-one device with both printing and scanning capabilities. However, the actual product does not include any scanning function, which is misleading and unacceptable. According to the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), it is illegal to provide false or deceptive information about a product’s features. This has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. As such, I expect the company to take responsibility for this misleading claim and compensate me accordingly.

There is a misleading in the product description
The Brother HL-L3220CW color laser printer uses genuine Brother TN-248 series toner cartridges. The description mentioned other toner which is misreading. I advise Amazon to contact the seller and request him to provide correct information. Seller mentioned that he is an authorized brother seller and I have a doubt.
