Very poor and pathetic service.
Very poor and pathetic service. Bought a Brother laser printer from Amazon in December. It stopped working quickly. I’ve called support 5–6 times and every time they just create a new ticket, ask me to wait 7–8 days, and tell me to contact Brother. I bought this from Amazon, not Brother. Customers shouldn’t be forced to run between companies. No one is taking responsibility and the issue is still unresolved. Extremely disappointing experience. I would rather buy from an offline store than deal with this again. Think twice before buying. I strongly regret buying this printer from Amazon.

Requires experience not user friendly
Printer mobile app is not having enough features. Manually selecting features using display is irritating. ADR tears off paper less than 70 gsm. Mismatch of contrast setting in the machine and through mobile app results in dissatisfied output wasting paper. Wifi/ direct wifi connection is difficult.
